技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种加工钛铜复合棒用钛套的模具。 
背景技术
目前钛铜复合棒制作方法一般分为以下两种:1、爆炸复合法;2、挤压法;爆炸复合法比较适合生产复合板,对于复合棒成品率较低,爆炸复合后还需要再轧制,工序也比较繁琐,还容易在轧制过程中影响复合率。挤压法生产钛铜复合棒是目前比较科学的加工方法,但是,钛套(即一头封闭的大口径钛管)制作成本和质量是对钛铜复合棒成品率起决定性作用的因素。目前挤压法采用的钛套用钛管都是斜轧穿孔然后轧制的方法或者是旋压然后机械加工的方法得到的,此两种方法制作得到的钛套均成本较高,斜轧穿孔得到的管子制作钛套时需要焊接封头,焊缝组织与其他部位组织不同,焊接也不能保证各个方向厚度相同,加上挤压过程突变时的金属流动与稳定挤压时的情况有区别,所以,挤压过程极易产生钛层撕裂的情况,从而导致成品率下降。旋压的方法制作钛套通常也是先旋压出来一个大口径的管子然后分割成所需要的长度,再每一个焊接封头,得到钛套。虽然旋压的方法可以直接制作出来一端封闭的钛套,但是封头的厚度很难控制,加上中心孔的加工都是制约旋压法制作钛套成品率的重要因素。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种使用挤压机作为主体设备的加工钛铜复合棒用钛套的模具。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型通过如下技术方案加以实现: 
一种加工钛铜复合棒用钛套的模具,包括挤压筒1、封盖2、挤压杆3;挤压筒1前端与封盖成倒角,将一个挤压垫5放入挤压筒1内,所述挤压筒1前端 与封盖2之间的倒角为30°。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果为:结构简单,加工制作方便。

一种加工钛铜复合棒用钛套的模具,包括挤压筒1、封盖2、挤压杆3;挤压筒1前端与封盖成倒角,将一个挤压垫5放入挤压筒1内。所述挤压筒1前端与封盖2之间的倒角为30°。 
挤压筒1前端与封盖2之间的30°倒角可以使制备出来的钛套在挤压杆1,挤压完后退出挤压筒1时可以留在挤压筒1内,然后将图2中的挤压垫5放入挤压筒1内,使挤压筒1前端与封盖2之间留出允许钛套脱落的空间,然后用挤压杆推动挤压垫使钛套脱落。即实现了钛套脱模。

1.一种加工钛铜复合棒用钛套的模具,包括挤压筒(1)、封盖(2)、挤压杆(3);其特征在于:挤压筒(1)前端与封盖成倒角,将一个挤压垫(5)放入挤压筒(1)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加工钛铜复合棒用钛套的模具,其特征在于:所述挤压筒(1)前端与封盖(2)之间的倒角为30°。
