行星齿轮转动润滑结构,行星齿轮套在芯轴外部,滚针支承在行星齿轮与芯轴之间,芯轴的两端装在行星架上,在芯轴上沿其轴向和径向分别设有贯通的进油孔和排油孔,进油孔与排油孔相通,排油孔与行星齿轮的内孔相通,在行星齿轮内部设有排油通道,排油通道的两端分别与行星齿轮的内孔及齿根部位处贯通。进油孔和排油孔的设置,可使润滑油顺畅的进入到滚针所处的位置,使滚针得到充分的润滑。本实用新型结构合理、可靠,它可使滚针的使用寿命大大提高。

[0002] 现有行星减速器中的一种行星齿轮转动机构为,行星齿轮套在芯轴外部,滚针支 承在行星齿轮与芯轴之间,芯轴的两端装在行星架中。对于这种行星轮转动机构的润滑,目 前采用的手段是:在行星齿轮的端面开有与行星齿轮内孔相通的进油槽,在行星齿轮的内 部加工出一端与其内孔相通、另一端贯通其外侧的排油通道。目前的这种润滑手段存在的 欠缺是:润滑油进入到滚针所处位置的过程不够流畅,对滚针的润滑效果不够理想,导致滚 针的使用寿命较短。

[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种行星齿轮转动润滑结构,该转动润滑结构可使润 滑油顺畅的进入到滚针所处的位置。

  1. 行星齿轮转动润滑结构,行星齿轮套在芯轴外部,滚针支承在行星齿轮与芯轴之间,芯轴的两端装在行星架上,其特征在于:在芯轴上沿其轴向和径向分别设有贯通的进油孔和排油孔,进油孔与排油孔相通,排油孔与行星齿轮的内孔相通,在行星齿轮内部设有排油通道,排油通道的两端分别与行星齿轮的内孔及齿根部位处贯通。
