行星齿轮转动润滑结构,行星齿轮套在芯轴外部,滚针支承在行星齿轮与芯轴之间,芯轴的两端装在行星架上,在芯轴上沿其轴向和径向分别设有贯通的进油孔和排油孔,进油孔与排油孔相通,排油孔与行星齿轮的内孔相通,在行星齿轮内部设有排油通道,排油通道的两端分别与行星齿轮的内孔及齿根部位处贯通。进油孔和排油孔的设置,可使润滑油顺畅的进入到滚针所处的位置,使滚针得到充分的润滑。本实用新型结构合理、可靠,它可使滚针的使用寿命大大提高。

本实用新型涉及行星齿轮的转动润滑结构。
背景技术
现有行星减速器中的一种行星齿轮转动机构为,行星齿轮套在芯轴外部,滚针支承在行星齿轮与芯轴之间,芯轴的两端装在行星架中。对于这种行星轮转动机构的润滑,目前采用的手段是:在行星齿轮的端面开有与行星齿轮内孔相通的进油槽,在行星齿轮的内部加工出一端与其内孔相通、另一端贯通其外侧的排油通道。目前的这种润滑手段存在的欠缺是:润滑油进入到滚针所处位置的过程不够流畅,对滚针的润滑效果不够理想,导致滚针的使用寿命较短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种行星齿轮转动润滑结构,该转动润滑结构可使润滑油顺畅的进入到滚针所处的位置。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下方案:行星齿轮转动润滑结构,行星齿轮套在芯轴外部,滚针支承在行星齿轮与芯轴之间,芯轴的两端装在行星架上,在芯轴上沿其轴向和径向分别设有贯通的进油孔和排油孔,进油孔与排油孔相通,排油孔与行星齿轮的内孔相通,在行星齿轮内部设有排油通道,排油通道的两端分别与行星齿轮的内孔及齿根部位处贯通。
由上述方案可见,芯轴上进油孔和排油孔的设置,可使润滑油顺畅的进入到滚针所处的位置,使滚针得到充分的润滑。
本实用新型结构合理、可靠,它可使滚针的使用寿命大大提高。

本实用新型提供的行星齿轮转动润滑结构中,行星齿轮1套在芯轴4的外部,滚针3支承在行星齿轮1与芯轴4之间,芯轴4的两端装在行星架2上,在芯轴4上沿其轴向和径向分别设有贯通的进油孔4a和排油孔4b,进油孔4a与排油孔4b相通,排油孔4b与行星齿轮1的内孔1a相通,在行星齿轮1内部设有排油通道1b,排油通道1b的两端分别与行星齿轮1的内孔1a及齿根部位处贯通。
另外,为保证滚针3所处部位进入的润滑油充足均匀,本实施例中,进油孔4a为一个,排油孔4b为两个,两排油孔4b沿行星齿轮1的中截面对称布置。

1.行星齿轮转动润滑结构,行星齿轮套在芯轴外部,滚针支承在行星齿轮与芯轴之间,芯轴的两端装在行星架上,其特征在于:在芯轴上沿其轴向和径向分别设有贯通的进油孔和排油孔,进油孔与排油孔相通,排油孔与行星齿轮的内孔相通,在行星齿轮内部设有排油通道,排油通道的两端分别与行星齿轮的内孔及齿根部位处贯通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行星齿轮转动润滑结构,其特征在于:进油孔为一个,排油孔为两个,两排油孔沿行星齿轮的中截面对称布置。
