本实用新型公开了一种自动夹持装置。旨在提供一种结构简单、工作可靠，成本低廉的夹线结构。它包括有左右两个活动杆，其特征是在其中一个活动杆的一侧通过活动销把一块活动卡块固定在活动杆上，活动卡块可围绕活动销转动。在该实用新型中当两个活动杆相互合拢时，由于活动卡块可以转动，能使活动卡块与另一个活动杆紧密贴合，形成一条平行的夹持线，更容易夹住线。当两个活动杆分开的时候活动卡块由于重力的原因会自动下垂，使得活动卡块不会对下次的夹持造成影响。

本实用新型涉及自动绕线机，尤其涉及自动绕线机上对绕线的自动夹持装置。
背景技术
许多自动绕线机是在绕线的工况实现自动化，在绕线开始时需要将绕线的一端固定，另一端绕线，在绕线结束后又需要将线固定后剪断，因此对绕线的固定和夹持是绕线机中频繁和重要的动作，因此实现一款可靠稳定的自动夹持绕线的装置是自动绕线机不可缺少的一部分。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、工作可靠，制造方便、成本低廉能对绕线的夹持工作进行自动控制的装置。
为了达到上述要求，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：它包括有固定杆、活动杆，其特征是在活动杆的中上位置通过回转销固定在固定杆上，在活动杆下部的一侧设有活动块，在活动块上活动杆的前后分别固定有定位销，活动块与气缸的活塞杆连接，活塞杆的前后移动带动活动杆绕回转销摆动与固定在固定杆头部上的手指杆闭合或张开。
根据上述方案制造的自动夹持装置，通过气缸中活塞杆的伸缩动作，从而实现了手指杆与活动杆直接的张开或闭合，使绕线机的夹持装置实现了自动化。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
图1、图2所示的是自动夹持装置的结构示意图，从图中看出，自动夹持装置包括有固定杆1、活动杆2，在活动杆2的中上位置通过回转销3固定在固定杆1上，在活动杆2下部的一侧设有活动块4，在活动块4上活动杆2的前后分别固定有定位销5，活动块4与气缸6的活塞杆7连接，当活塞杆7向后移动时，带动活动杆2绕回转销3摆动与在固定杆1头部上的手指杆8张开如图1、图2所示。当活塞杆7向前移动时，带动活动杆2绕回转销3摆动与在固定杆1头部上的手指杆8闭合如图3、图4所示。

1.自动夹持装置，它包括有固定杆、活动杆，其特征是在活动杆的中上位置通过回转销固定在固定杆上，在活动杆下部的一侧设有活动块，在活动块上活动杆的前后分别固定有定位销，活动块与气缸的活塞杆连接，活塞杆的前后移动带动活动杆绕回转销摆动与固定在固定杆头部上的手指杆闭合或张开。
