背景技术:
目前市场上所见的太阳能热水器内胆,大多都是通过高频直流缝焊机焊接而成的,将不锈钢的两侧进行焊缝的焊接,以及将两侧的封头同样是通过缝焊机进行焊缝的焊接,操作起来比较麻烦,且受电流和焊接时间参数的限制,电流过大,焊接处会减少使用的寿命,电流过小,焊接处往往会焊接不严,造成漏水、返工等现象,操作起来比较麻烦,效率不高。

为了解决上述问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型太阳能热水器免焊内胆。 
本实用新型所述的太阳能热水器免焊内胆,该内胆具有不锈钢柱状圆筒(1)和两个封头(2、3),其特征是:两个封头(2、3)与不锈钢柱状圆筒(1)两端紧紧相嵌在一起。 
采用以下技术方案,原理是通过机械将不锈钢板压制成不锈钢柱状圆筒(1)与封头(2、3)压制、嵌合而成。 
本实用新型通过机械翻边压制实现了太阳能热水器内胆的无缝扣接,改变了太阳能热水器内胆焊接的加工制作方式,且整个加工制作过程没有通过焊接制成,全部通过机械翻边压制而成,操作简单方便,避免了以往由于焊接参数操控不当,造成漏水、返工等缺点,提 高了效率,降低成本,更环保、安全卫生,使用寿命更长。

所述的不锈钢柱状圆筒(1)、两个封头(2、3)的材料为不锈钢,通过机械翻边扣接将剪切好的不锈钢板压制成不锈钢柱状圆筒(1)。 
再次通过机械两次翻边压制将两个封头(2、3)与压制好的不锈钢柱状圆筒(1)紧紧地相嵌在一起。 
本实用新型由于整个加工制作过程没有通过焊接制成,全部通过机械翻边扣接压制、嵌合而成,操作简单方便,避免了以往由于焊接参数操控不当,造成漏水、返工等缺点,提高了效率,降低成本,更环保、安全卫生,使用寿命更长。
