背景技术
原搅拌罐的封头设计不合理，强度较差，成本也高；因焊接位置多，焊接时容易形成虚焊，存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种结构简单的搅拌车搅拌罐的封头装置。
本实用新型是这样实现的：是由封头、封板、内管组成，其特征是法兰盘固定在封头的中间，法兰盘接在内管的上面，堵料弧板焊接在内管的下面，封板套在内管的外面；封板和堵料弧板的形状为弧形。
由于采用了上述技术方案，结构简单，避免了因焊接缺陷所造成的损失，节约了成本，提高了生产效率。

在图1中，法兰盘5固定在封头1的中间，法兰盘5接在内管3的上面，堵料弧板4焊接在内管3的下面，封板2套在内管3的外面；封板2和堵料弧板4的形状为弧形，由旋压机一次旋压成形。弧形封板的强度远大于原平面形状。
