背景技术
双吸油泵的结构方式主要是轴的两端用轴承支撑,叶轮位于轴的中部,运行时理论上的叶轮轴向力为零,这种结构的强度很好,结构简单,运行稳定,所以应用场合很广,其两端的轴承通常都采用油室里的油润滑的方式。但是当双吸油泵就是用在输送润滑油等场合时,如果将结构进一步简化,既能平稳的运行,也不改变其两端支撑的稳定结构,还可以省掉很多维护轴承的麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目是当双吸油泵所输送的介质就是润滑油时,可以进一步简化双吸油泵的结构,直接利用输送的介质本身的润滑作用来对轴承进行润滑,可以简化了泵的结构,省去了维护轴承的麻烦,也省去了轴承油室等很大一部分零部件。本实用新型设计两端支撑式双吸油泵新结构,包括泵座、泵体、泵轴、叶轮、轴承、轴承座、机械密封,其特征在于:在泵体上近泵轴处有贯通槽连通轴承座。本实用新型的优点是可以简化泵的结构,省去了维护轴承的麻烦,也省去了轴承油室等很大一部分零部件。

具体实施方式
图中包括泵座1、泵体2、泵轴3、叶轮4、轴承5、轴承座6、机械密封7,其特征在于:在泵体2上近泵轴3处有贯通槽8连通轴承座6。
由于所输送的介质就是润滑油,因此直接将所输送的润滑油由贯通槽8引入轴承座6对轴承5进行润滑,简化泵的结构,省去了维护轴承5的麻烦,也省去了原来的轴承油室等很大一部分零部件。
