本实用新型涉及一种电加热设备,具体是涉及一种电热板。
背景技术
电热板是用电热合金丝作发热材料,用云母软板作绝缘材料,外包以薄金属板(铝板、不锈钢板等)进行加热的设备。目前常用的电热板是将电阻丝铸于铝盘、铝板中或焊接或镶嵌于铝盘、铝板之上即构成各种形状的电加热盘、电加热。虽然加热速度比较快,但寿命较短,热转换率也不高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种寿命长,热转换率高,加热速度快的电热板。
为达上述目的,本实用新型采用了以下技术方案:
一种电热板,由上绝缘护板、下绝缘护板、位于上、下绝缘护板之间的电热膜片及引线盒组成,电热膜片设有引出电极,引出电极引入引线盒内,引线盒设于上绝缘护板的上侧部;上、下绝缘护板的周边由包边固定。
本实用新型还可通过以下技术方案进一步实现:

所述的电热板,其中,所述引出电极为一组或一组以上不同功率的引出电极。
本实用新型的电热板,采用电热膜片替代电阻丝实现加热。电热膜片是一种通电后能发热的半透明聚酯薄膜,如CN200510007265.5号中国专利公开的一种半导体面电热涂层配方及其制造方法中公开的电热涂层即可用于制作电热膜片。工作时以电热膜为发热体,将热量以辐射的形式送入空间,使人体和物体首先得到温暖。由于电热膜为纯电阻电路,故其转换效率高,除一小部分损失(2%),绝大部分(98%)被转化成热能。且其加热速度是普通电阻丝的1/3左右,加热速度快。同时较电阻丝轻便,使用寿命较长,可用于做电暖气的加热片,结构简单,使用方便,适于推广应用。

具体实施方式
下面详细结合附图1-3详细说明本实用新型。本实施例中所用电热膜片是依据CN200510007265.5号中国专利公开的一种半导体面电热涂层配方及其制造方法中公开的电热涂层制作而成。
一种电热板,由上绝缘护板1、下绝缘护板2、位于上绝缘护板1与下绝缘护板2之间的电热膜片3,及引线盒4组成,电热膜片3设有引出电极N及L1、L2,参见图3所示,电热膜片上侧为电极N,下侧为电极L1及L2,电极L1及L2间由绝缘部分31隔绝开,电极N及L1、L2间涂敷有电热涂层32。引出电极引入引线盒4内,引线盒4设于上绝缘护板1的上侧部;上绝缘护板1与下绝缘护板2的周边由金属包边5固定,以避免受热变形。
为保证更好的绝缘效果,上绝缘护板1与下绝缘护板2均采用云母板。引出电极也可以仅是一组或者是一组以上不同功率的引出电极。

由上绝缘护板、下绝缘护板、位于上、下绝缘护板之间的电热膜片及引线盒组成,电热膜片设有引出电极,引出电极引入引线盒内,引线盒设于上绝缘护板的上侧部;上、下绝缘护板的周边由包边固定。
