本实用新型主要用于冶金企业的液压缸的防尘。
背景技术:
冶金企业的卷取机用的液压缸活塞杆经常与包装捆带、切割的氧气焊渣发生摩擦,使活塞杆上附着一些粘结物,通过液压缸动作,将粘结物带入液压系统,造成液压缸端盖密封严重拉伤和液压系统污染。因为该液压缸行程较长,缩回后距离又短,所以不能安装普通液压缸防尘罩。
发明内容:
为了消除上述现象,本实用新型提供一种液压缸防尘罩。
本实用新型包括可伸缩的圆柱形筒,圆柱形筒的一端与液压缸连接固定,圆柱形筒的另一端设有毡垫外套,毡垫外套的内侧设有毡垫,毡垫外套上设有与液压缸叉头连接的拉绳。
本实用新型可以有效的将附着在活塞杆上的杂质清理掉,避免灰尘、杂质等异物进入液压缸内而拉伤液压缸和污染液压系统的现象。
