Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种带防尘罩的液压油缸，其包括缸体、活塞、活塞杆以及缸盖；其中，所述活塞收容于缸体内并能在缸体内作往复运动；所述活塞杆一端固定在活塞上；所述缸盖设置在缸体的一端，活塞杆穿过该缸盖；于所述活塞杆上进一步设置有一防尘罩，该防尘罩套设在缸体外。本实用新型的液压油缸通过在活塞杆上设置防尘罩，从而能有效避免灰尘落到活塞杆上，避免活塞杆磨损、漏油，延长了该液压油缸的使用寿命。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种液压油缸，具体涉及一种带防尘罩的液压油缸。
【背景技术】
液压油缸是机械设备中常用的组成部件，其通常由缸体、活塞杆以及活塞等构成组成，在使用时，活塞杆带动活塞作往复运动。
然而，现有技术的液压油缸的活塞杆裸露在外面，其很容易粘附灰尘，使活塞杆拉毛而造成磨损、漏油；且活塞杆的定位、导向性能也随之降低。
因此，为解决上述技术问题，确有必要提供一种具有改良结构的带防尘罩的液压油缸，以克服现有技术中的所述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
为解决上述问题，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种防尘效果好、使用寿命长的带防尘罩的液压油缸。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取的技术方案为：一种带防尘罩的液压油缸，其包括缸体、活塞、活塞杆以及缸盖；其中，所述活塞收容于缸体内并能在缸体内作往复运动；所述活塞杆一端固定在活塞上；所述缸盖设置在缸体的一端，活塞杆穿过该缸盖；于所述活塞杆上进一步设置有一防尘罩，该防尘罩套设在缸体外。
本实用新型的带防尘罩的液压油缸进一步设置为：所述活塞和缸体之间设有若干密封圈。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有如下有益效果：本实用新型的液压油缸通过在活塞杆上设置防尘罩，从而能有效避免灰尘落到活塞杆上，避免活塞杆磨损、漏油，延长了该液压油缸的使用寿命。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅说明书附图1所示，本实用新型为一种带防尘罩的液压油缸，其由缸体1、活塞2、活塞杆3以及缸盖4等构件组装形成。
其中，所述缸体1采用不锈钢材料制成。所述活塞2收容于缸体1内并能在缸体1内作往复运动，且于所述活塞2和缸体1之间设有若干密封圈21，从而增加了两者的密封性。所述活塞杆3一端固定在活塞2上，并带动活塞2运动。所述缸盖4设置在缸体1的一端，活塞杆3穿过该缸盖4。
本实用新型的液压油缸的最大改进之处在于：于所述活塞杆3上进一步设置有一防尘罩31，该防尘罩31套设在缸体1外。通过在活塞杆3上设置防尘罩31，该防尘罩31随着活塞杆3运动并始终遮蔽在活塞杆3上，从而能有效避免灰尘落到活塞杆3上，避免活塞杆3磨损、漏油，延长了该液压油缸的使用寿命。

1.一种带防尘罩的液压油缸，其特征在于：包括缸体、活塞、活塞杆以及缸盖；其中，所述活塞收容于缸体内并能在缸体内作往复运动；所述活塞杆一端固定在活塞上；所述缸盖设置在缸体的一端，活塞杆穿过该缸盖；于所述活塞杆上进一步设置有一防尘罩，该防尘罩套设在缸体外。
2.如权利要求1所述的带防尘罩的液压油缸，其特征在于：所述活塞和缸体之间设有若干密封圈。
