Abstract

本实用新型涉及键盘用金属穹顶形开关,层叠多个金属穹顶形开关时也不会相互粘住,能够很容易地逐一进行分离,从而在进行层叠多个金属穹顶形开关并逐一依次贴附到键盘的贴片上的操作时能够使金属穹顶形开关逐一贴附到贴片上而防止发生双重贴附的双重穹顶现象,且还能够防止金属穹顶形开关从组装线上脱落的穹顶脱落现象。其中,具有穹顶形开关本体的键盘用金属穹顶形开关在开关本体的周围边缘位置形成有隔离凸起,能够在与其它金属穹顶形开关相互层叠时在开关本体之间形成缝隙,使它们相互隔离,并且开关本体的周围边缘部分由与印刷电路板的连接端子接触的边缘部和不与连接端子接触的非接触边缘部构成时,隔离凸起优选形成在边缘部的侧面边缘末端。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及键盘用金属穹顶形开关,更详细的涉及在使用金属穹顶形开关的键盘组装线上,进行将多个金属穹顶形开关逐一贴附到键盘的贴片上的操作时,能够防止由于金属穹顶形开关双重贴附到贴片上或金属穹顶形开关从组装线上脱离而产生的穹顶脱离引起的组装不良的键盘用金属穹顶形开关。
背景技术
一般来说,像手机等携带式终端使用的键盘如图1及图2所示,其组成包括:印刷电路板3、多个金属穹顶形开关4、隔板5、贴片6、导光板7、上薄膜8和按键9;其中,所述印刷电路板3置于上、下部壳体1、2内,上表面形成有连接端子3a;所述多个金属穹顶形开关4排列在所述印刷电路板3上,能够选择性地与连接端子3a连接或断开,起到开关作用;所述隔板5位于所述印刷电路板3的上方,用于设置金属穹顶形开关;所述贴片6附着在所述隔板5上,用于固定金属穹顶形开关4;所述导光板7位于金属穹顶形开关4的上方,通过未图示的光源,发出光线;所述上薄膜8设置在所述导光板7上;所述按键9设置在上部壳体1内,对金属穹顶形开关4加压,使其弹性变形。
从而,通过使用者按下按键9再释放的动作,由穹顶形金属片制成的金属穹顶形开关4的顶点部就会发生弹性变形而凹陷,与连接端子3a接触及断开,起到开关作用。
对于上述键盘,一般的金属穹顶形开关4的结构如图3所示,由穹顶形的开关本体4a以及在所述开关本体4a的周围边缘部分弯曲成一定角度的边缘部4b构成,并如图4所示,在组装工序中贴附到键盘的贴片6上。
即,用于设置金属穹顶形开关4的键盘的隔板5以及贴附于上述隔板5、用于固定金属穹顶形开关4的贴片6沿组装线移动,使金属穹顶形开关4位于管11内层叠多个的穹顶形开关4的穹顶贴附装置10上,在管11内支撑多个金属穹顶形开关4的加压片12如箭头所示,沿上、下方向进行一次往返运动,使多个金属穹顶形开关4向贴片6方向抬起再放下,从而使位于最上端的一个金属穹顶形开关4在隔板5内的位置上受到压力而贴附到贴片6的粘结剂上,贴附有金属穹顶形开关4的隔板5及贴片6被移送到下一道工序,新的隔板5及贴片6再移送到穹顶贴附装置10上,重复上述操作,贴附金属穹顶形开关4。
但是,以往的金属穹顶形开关4如图3及图4所示,是将薄金属片制成穹顶形的结构,因此,将多个金属穹顶形开关4层叠时,上、下的金属穹顶形开关4的边缘部4b会相互紧贴而形成真空状态,很难将其分离。
因此,如图4所示,当加压片12进行一次上、下往返运动以将一个金属穹顶形开关4加压贴附到贴片6的粘结剂上时,会如虚线所示,发生金属穹顶形开关4双重贴附的双重穹顶现象,并且,以双重穹顶状态组装键盘的情况下,使用者操作键盘时,不仅费力,而且会显著降低点击手感。
另外,如上所述,以双重穹顶状态移送到组装线的过程中,如果贴在下方的金属穹顶形开关4脱落,脱落的金属穹顶形开关4将会落到组装线上,导致组装线的误操作,或以脱落的状态进入键盘组件之间,导致组装不良。
实用新型内容
本实用新型是为了解决上述问题而提出,其目的是,提供一种键盘用金属穹顶形开关,即使多个金属穹顶形开关层叠在一起也不会相互粘住,能够很容易地逐一进行分离,因此,在进行将多个金属穹顶形开关层叠后依次贴附到键盘的贴片上的操作时,能够使金属穹顶形开关逐一贴附到贴片上,能够防止双重贴附的双重穹顶现象,还能够防止金属穹顶形开关从组装线上脱落的穹顶脱落现象。
为达到上述目的,在本实用新型中,作为具有穹顶形开关本体的键盘用金属穹顶形开关,其特点是,该键盘用金属穹顶形开关在所述开关本体的周围边缘位置形成有隔离凸起,该隔离凸起能够在与其它金属穹顶形开关层叠时,在开关本体之间形成缝隙,使它们相互隔离。
另外,本实用新型的键盘用金属穹顶形开关,其特点是,所述开关本体的周围边缘部分由与印刷电路板的连接端子接触的边缘部和不与印刷电路板的连接端子接触的非接触边缘部构成,所述隔离凸起形成在所述与印刷电路板的连接端子接触的边缘部的侧面边缘末端。
具有上述特征性结构的本实用新型的键盘用金属穹顶形开关,由于在穹顶形开关本体的周围边缘形成有隔离凸起,因此,在层叠多个金属穹顶形开关时,所述隔离凸起将与位于下方的金属穹顶形开关的上表面接触,在上、下金属穹顶形开关之间形成隔离凸起的凸出长度大小的缝隙,通过该缝隙,空气可以在层叠的金属穹顶形开关之间流通,因此,能够防止金属穹顶形开关相互紧贴而形成真空状态。
因此,在将多个金属穹顶形开关层叠后进行将所述金属穹顶形开关依次贴附到键盘的贴片上的操作时,能够使金属穹顶形开关逐一贴附到贴片上,避免发生双重穹顶现象,从而在操作组装的键盘按键时,能够保持设定的按压力和点击手感,另外,还能够防止双重贴附的金属穹顶形开关在组装线上移动的过程中脱落的穹顶脱落现象,从而防止由此引起的组装不良,提高生产效率。

下面参照附图对本实用新型优选实施方式进行详细说明。
图5是表示本实用新型涉及的键盘用金属穹顶形开关的斜视图,如图所示,本实用新型的金属穹顶形开关20包括由薄金属片制成的穹顶形开关本体21,穹顶形开关本体21的周围边缘部分始终与印刷电路板上设置的两侧连接端子接触,顶点部能够产生弹性变形,向下凹陷,从而与印刷电路板上设置的中央的连接端子连接或断开(参照附图2)。
另外,上述穹顶形开关本体21的顶点部形成有接触凸起22,当有按压力作用在顶点部时,使其更加容易地与印刷电路板中央的连接端子接触或断开,虽然图示的是在顶点部中央形成有一个接触凸起22,但也可以在顶点部周边具有多个。
另外,上述开关本体21的周围边缘部分形成有隔离凸起23,该隔离凸起23可以在开关本体21的周围边缘部分凸出形成凸出部以后向下弯曲。上述隔离凸起23如图6所示,在多个金属穹顶形开关20相互重叠时,隔离凸起23的末端与下面的金属穹顶形开关20的上表面接触,在上、下金属穹顶形开关21之间形成缝隙,使它们相互隔离。
另外,如图5所示,本实用新型的开关本体21的周围边缘部分由以一定角度弯曲而与印刷电路板的连接端子接触的边缘部21a以及不与印刷电路板的连接端子接触的非接触边缘部21b组成时,所述隔离凸起23优选形成在所述边缘部21a的侧面边缘末端,且在边缘部21a的两侧对称地形成多个。
根据具有上述结构的键盘用金属穹顶形开关,如图5及图6所示,在穹顶形开关本体21的边缘部21a的侧面末端形成有隔离凸起23,因此,在层叠多个金属穹顶形开关20时,所述隔离凸起23将与下面的边缘部21a的上表面接触,在上、下的边缘部21a之间形成隔离凸起23的凸出长度大小的缝隙,并通过该缝隙防止层叠的金属穹顶形开关20的边缘部21a相互紧贴,同时由于空气可以在缝隙内流通,能够防止边缘部21a相互紧贴而形成真空状态。
因此,在穹顶贴附装置(参照附图4)的管内层叠多个金属穹顶形开关后进行将所述金属穹顶形开关逐一贴附到键盘的贴片上的操作时,金属穹顶形开关20不会粘在一起,能够逐一贴附到贴片上,不会发生双重贴附的双重穹顶现象,而且,还能够防止金属穹顶形开关20在双重贴附的状态沿组装线运动的过程中脱落而造成组装不良。

1.一种键盘用金属穹顶形开关,该键盘用金属穹顶形开关具有穹顶形的开关本体,其特征在于,在所述开关本体的周围边缘位置形成有隔离凸起,在与其它所述金属穹顶形开关相互层叠时,在所述开关本体之间形成缝隙,使它们相互隔离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的键盘用金属穹顶形开关,其特征在于,所述开关本体的周围边缘部分由与印刷电路板的连接端子接触的边缘部和不与印刷电路板的连接端子接触的非接触边缘部构成,所述隔离凸起形成在所述与印刷电路板的连接端子接触的边缘部的侧面边缘末端。
