背景技术
在机械行业内，曲轴箱是广泛使用的一个设备，一般气缸体下部用来安装曲轴的部位称为曲轴箱，曲轴箱分上曲轴箱和下曲轴箱。上曲轴箱与气缸体铸成一体，下曲轴箱用来贮存润滑油，并封闭上曲轴箱，故又称为油底壳图。油底壳受力很小，一般采用薄钢板冲压而成，其形状取决于发动机的总体布置和机油的容量。油底壳内装有稳油挡板，以防止汽车颠动时油面波动过大。油底壳底部还装有放油螺塞，通常放油螺塞上装有永久磁铁，以吸附润滑油中的金属屑，减少发动机的磨损。在上下曲轴箱接合面之间装有衬垫，防止润滑油泄漏。虽然大家都知道曲轴箱与汽缸头之间需要有良好的密封结构，来保护各部件之间的相对独立，保证设备的正常运行，但是，目前在曲轴箱与汽缸头之间的密封并不理想。一旦，曲轴箱与汽缸头之间的密封不好，易漏水，水逐渐注入油底壳，造成机油乳化现象，导致润滑系统严重腐蚀、生锈等，最终会损害整个设备的正常运行。

针对现有技术中的不足，本实用新型提出了一种结构简单、效果良好的密封结构。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案得以实现的：
曲轴箱与汽缸头密封装置，它包括汽缸头、箱体，其特征在于汽缸头与箱体之间放置汽缸垫组件。所述的曲轴箱与汽缸头密封装置，在汽缸垫组件为一对有弹性的、中间凸起不锈钢压片，一对不锈钢压片对称放置。
作为优选，在曲轴箱与汽缸头密封装置中所述的不锈钢压片的厚度为0.2mm，其外层覆上氟橡胶层。由于曲轴箱与汽缸头之间的间隙本身较小，作为密封机构，应当在较小的空间采取措施可以起到更好的效果。利用不锈钢自身所具有弹性作用，在有限的空间内放置两片对称的不锈钢压力，利用其弹性，可以更好地把曲轴箱与汽缸头之间的空隙填满，达到密封效果。由于在本实用新型中，密封机构是与油、水等具有一定腐蚀性物质接触的，所以在不锈钢的表面覆上一层耐腐蚀的氟橡胶层，不仅可以起到更好的密封效果，同时也可以保护不锈钢压片的被腐蚀，从而更保护了设备的长期使用效果。
有益效果：本实用新型可以防止油水的渗漏，起到延长设备正常运行的寿命，密封效果好，经济实惠的特性。

根据图1、图2所示的结构，安装一个曲轴箱与汽缸头的密封装置，它包括汽缸头1、箱体2，在汽缸头1与箱体2之间放置汽缸垫组件3。在汽缸垫组件3为一对有弹性的、中间凸起不锈钢压片，一对不锈钢压片对称放置。其中的不锈钢压片的厚度为0.2mm，其外层覆上氟橡胶层。本实用新型的可以防止油水的渗漏，起到延长设备正常运行的寿命，密封效果好。
