一、技术领域:
本实用新型与锂电池有关。
二、背景技术:
锂电池在外部保护电路失灵或过充、过放、高温等场合及内部产生局部短路都存在爆炸的危险,为了防止锂电池爆炸,现有技术采用以下方法:1、在组合盖板中设有铝、铜箔,构成泄压安全阀(中国专利CN1200199A、CN1138753A、CN2532584Y);2、采用冲压工艺在盖板或外壳冲击一定深度的刻痕,预期达到一定压力下爆破的目的(CN2529389Y、ZL00228154)。方法1安全铝箔的加工工艺复杂,制造成本高;方法2实际上由于冲床,铣床等设备的精度很难保证刻痕的一致性,可靠性差。
为克服现有技术的局限性,本实用新型提出一种制造简便、成本低、防爆膜开启稳定性高的具有防爆功能的锂电池上盖板。
三、发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种以塑胶、塑胶薄膜材料生产的盖板或直接在壳体上注胶成形的塑胶盖板,以塑胶特性克服现有锂电池存在的缺陷。
目前主流锂电外壳和盖板连接方式主要采用激光焊接、铆接两种方式,上述两种连接方式,在锂电池异常状态下由于金属材质及工艺的局限性,造成壳体泄压压力非常大,锂电池内部要积聚极高的压力和温度才能冲开壳体,此状态下锂电池内部大量的能量积聚形成危险的爆破现象,爆炸时金属盖板器件飞出可能对人体及周边事物造成意外的伤害,塑胶、塑胶薄膜生产的锂电池盖板或在壳体直接注塑成形的塑胶盖板,当电池内压或内部温度意外增大,超过电池盖板塑胶组件所承受的压力或温度时,电池塑胶盖板可以在较低的压力、温度条件下首先裂开、变形或熔化,从而在可靠安全的范围内释放电池内部压力,保障生命和财产的安全。
该结构加工简单方便,工艺成熟,精度要求低,加工成本低,适用于一次或二次锂电池。

1.一种以塑胶、塑胶薄膜材料生产的锂电池防爆盖板或直接在锂电池壳体上注胶成形的塑胶锂电池防爆盖板,它包括塑胶防爆膜,盖板,铆钉组件,上下密封圈、上下连接片、注液孔、金属注液孔片,其特征在于:锂电池的防爆膜或整体盖板是由塑胶、塑胶模材料组成,有利于电池内压或内部温度意外增大时,超过电池盖板塑胶组件所承受的压力或温度时,电池塑胶盖板可以在较低的压力、温度条件下首先裂开、变形或熔化,在可靠安全的范围内释放电池内部压力。
