本实用新型公开的一种蝶簧式抱闸,包括八边环形的抱闸体,抱闸体内壁上相间隔的四个面上设置有抱闸瓦,对应的抱闸体外壁上相间隔的四个面上设置有用绝缘垫固定的油缸组件,每个油缸组件的外侧用螺栓固定有蝶簧,蝶簧的外侧设置有压板。本实用新型蝶簧式抱闸,采用在抱闸体内的油缸外侧设置蝶簧结构,利用蝶簧的弹力让抱闸瓦自动夹紧,油缸进油时抱闸瓦放松,从而达到夹紧和放松控制简单且结合紧密的效果。

本实用新型属于冶金设备技术领域,具体涉及一种蝶簧式抱闸。
背景技术
目前,现有的油缸抱闸夹紧方式,利用液压控制活塞伸缩,使铜瓦夹紧或松开,每块铜瓦的受力较均匀,但液压卸载时,活塞不能完全缩回,使铜瓦还处于夹紧状态,不利于电极的升降。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种蝶簧式抱闸,解决了现有的抱闸伸缩不完全且结合不紧密的问题。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是,一种蝶簧式抱闸,包括八边环形的抱闸体,抱闸体内壁上相间隔的四个面上设置有抱闸瓦,对应的抱闸体外壁上相间隔的四个面上设置有用绝缘垫固定的油缸组件,每个油缸组件的外侧用螺栓固定有蝶簧,蝶簧的外侧设置有压板。
本实用新型蝶簧式抱闸,采用在抱闸体内的油缸外侧设置蝶簧结构,利用蝶簧的弹力让抱闸瓦自动夹紧,油缸进油时抱闸瓦放松,从而达到夹紧和放松控制简单且结合紧密的效果。

本实用新型蝶簧式抱闸的结构如图1所示,包括八边环形的抱闸体1,抱闸体1内壁上相间隔的四个面上设置有抱闸瓦2,对应的抱闸体1外壁上相间隔的四个面上设置有用绝缘垫5连接的油缸组件4,每个油缸组件4的外侧用螺栓3固定有蝶簧6,蝶簧6的外侧设置有压板7。
工作时,油缸组件4进油,抱闸瓦2放松,油缸组件2泄油,抱闸瓦2在蝶簧6的弹力作用下夹紧。

1.一种蝶簧式抱闸,包括八边环形的抱闸体(1),抱闸体(1)内壁上相间隔的四个面上设置有抱闸瓦(2),对应的抱闸体(1)外壁上相间隔的四个面上设置有用绝缘垫(5)固定的油缸组件(4),其特征在于,每个油缸组件(4)的外侧用螺栓(3)固定有蝶簧(6),蝶簧(6)的外侧设置有压板(7)。
