一种端盖粗铣气动夹具，包括有底板，其特征在于：所述底板上设有数个通孔，每个通孔内分别穿过有浮动支承，所述浮动支承的端部安装有防尘罩，所述浮动支承与通孔以及防尘罩之间采用密封圈密封；所述浮动支承的底部安装有锁紧装置，所述锁紧装置一侧的底板背面上安装有气缸，气缸的活塞杆穿过锁紧装置的一侧并顶在所述浮动支承的底部外壁上。

参见图1，一种端盖粗铣气动夹具，包括有底板1，底板1上设有数个通孔，每个通孔内分别穿过有浮动支承2，浮动支承2的端部安装有防尘罩3，浮动支承2与通孔以及防尘罩3之间采用密封圈4密封(浮动支承2中部套装有弹簧5，浮动支承2上固定有垫片6，弹簧5上端顶在垫片6上)；浮动支承2的底部安装有锁紧装置7，锁紧装置7一侧的底板1的背面上安装有气缸8，气缸8的活塞杆9穿过锁紧装置7的一侧并顶在浮动支承2的底部外壁上。
