本实用新型涉及机械设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种可强制排气的双螺杆挤出机。其包括螺杆、喂料口和出料口,在螺杆的两端分别设有前排气口和后排气口,在前排气口和后排气口处均设有抽真空设备。由于在两个排气口上均加装抽真空设备,强制排气。同时对现有螺阶进行了改善,加装反向螺阶,避免了物料在排气口被抽出,同时还增强了物料的分散。并且有效降低了熔体因小分子和水分的存在,以及在后段强捏合剪切过程中的分解。同时,反向螺阶延长了物料在螺杆中的停留时间,加强了分散效果,降低了生产成本。

本实用新型涉及机械设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种可强制排气的双螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
在目前常规的母粒生产中,使用双螺杆挤出机,通常不用强制排气或使用前自然排气加使用后强制排气的方法。这两种方法在常规母粒生产中,尤其是普通的PP、PE等母粒生产无太大影响。而在热敏水解性的PET母粒生产过程中,会造成母粒生产的不正常性,粘度的降低,物料的分解等等。通常在生产前需对物料进行干燥或长时间高速混合,以摩擦生热的方式来排除水分,既增加了生产成本,效果又不明显。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有的热敏水解性的PET母粒生产成本高、效果不明显的不足,本实用新型提供了一种可强制排气的双螺杆挤出机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种可强制排气的双螺杆挤出机,包括螺杆、喂料口和出料口,在螺杆的两端分别设有前排气口和后排气口,在前排气口和后排气口处均设有抽真空设备。
根据本实用新型的另一个实施例,进一步包括位于前排气口和后排气口处的螺杆均设有反向螺阶。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于在两个排气口上均加装抽真空设备,强制排气。同时对现有螺阶进行了改善,加装反向螺阶,避免了物料在排气口被抽出,同时还增强了物料的分散;并且有效降低了熔体因小分子和水分的存在,以及在后段强捏合剪切过程中的分解。同时,反向螺阶延长了物料在螺杆中的停留时间,加强了分散效果,降低了生产成本。

如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图,一种可强制排气的双螺杆挤出机,包括螺杆2、喂料口1和出料口3,在螺杆2的两端分别设有前排气口4和后排气口5,在前排气口4和后排气口5处均设有抽真空设备。位于前排气口4和后排气口5处的螺杆2均设有反向螺阶6。
工作时,物料从喂料口1进入,进入双螺杆挤出机,在螺杆2的两端分别设有前排气口4和后排气口5,在前排气口4和后排气口5处均设有抽真空设备,通过加装的2个抽真空设备,可以对物料进行强制排气,同时,位于前排气口4和后排气口5处的螺杆2均设有反向螺阶6,避免了物料在排气口被抽出,且增强了物料的分散,并且有效降低了熔体因小分子和水分的存在,以及在后段强捏合剪切过程中的分解。由于反向螺阶6的加装,延长了物料在螺杆2中的停留时间,加强了分散效果。除了位于前排气口4和后排气口5处的螺杆2设有反向螺阶6外,其余螺杆2和现有螺杆的螺阶仍然相同,生产制造简单方便,降低了成本。

2.根据权利要求1所述的可强制排气的双螺杆挤出机,其特征是,位于前排气口(4)和后排气口(5)处的螺杆(2)均设有反向螺阶(6)。
