本实用新型涉及一种吹吸式薄膜断切装置，包括传送皮带，所述传送皮带下端设置有风仓，所述风仓下端设置有控制所述风仓吹气和吸气的吹吸转换器，所述传送皮带上端设置有由气缸带动上下移动的用于切割薄膜的电热丝。本实用新型可以实现传送皮带上薄膜的断切，确保薄膜断切装置不伤传送皮带，并且后续薄膜的端头能够连续向前输送。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种吹吸式薄膜断切装置。
背景技术
目前采用薄膜包装小规格纸张产品的生产中，多采用事先裁切薄膜为指定规格，然后采用人工半自动包装作业；在生产线上多采用电热丝直接断切方式，未加辅助吹吸装置，长时间使用造成传送皮带损坏，且断切后没有吹起装置，也给生产线包装作业带来不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种能够的吹吸式薄膜断切装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种吹吸式薄膜断切装置，其特征在于包括传送皮带，所述传送皮带下端设置有风仓，所述风仓下端设置有控制所述风仓吹气和吸气的吹吸转换器，所述传送皮带上端设置有由气缸带动上下移动的用于切割薄膜的电热丝。
所述传送皮带为打孔皮带。
所述电热丝上端设置有用于吹气和吸气的吸力棒。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
该装置可以实现输送皮带上薄膜的断切，确保薄膜断切装置不伤皮带，并且后面膜的端头能够连续向前输送。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种吹吸式薄膜断切装置，该装置包括机架10，机架10上设置有传送皮带1，传送皮带1下端设置有风仓6，风仓6下端设置有控制风仓6吹气和吸气的吹吸转换器3，传送皮带1上端机架10上设置有由气缸5带动上下移动的用于切割薄膜的电热丝4。传送皮带1为打孔皮带。
工作时，机架10一侧的膜放卷7将薄膜2放出，薄膜2通过设置在机架10上用于纸张导向的辊子8传送到传送皮带1上，吹吸转换器3控制风仓6吸气，将薄膜2固定在传送皮带1上，当到达所需长度时，控制气缸5带动电热丝4向下移动，同时吹吸转换器3控制风仓6吹气，将薄膜2吹起，电热丝4将薄膜2切断；切断后吹吸转换器3控制风仓6吸气，再次将薄膜2吸附到传送皮带1上。电热丝4上端设置有用于吹气和吸气的吸力棒9。
在生产线的收集部设有自动包膜工序，在自动包膜时为了实现薄膜2的连续工作，必须要在整条传送皮带1上实现连续薄膜2切断为单张薄膜2的动作，该工作要求既要切断薄膜2，又要不损伤传送皮带1，还要保证后面薄膜2的端头能连续向前输送的动作。该技术利用吹气方式将连续薄膜2吹离皮带面，由吸力棒9接力吸住腾空的薄膜2，再由电热丝4凌空切断薄膜2，然后上边吸力棒9转为吹气，下面风仓6吹气转为吸气，又重新将被切断薄膜2重新吸附回传送皮带1，再一起随传送皮带1顺利移动向下一工位。

1.一种吹吸式薄膜断切装置，其特征在于包括传送皮带，所述传送皮带下端设置有风仓，所述风仓下端设置有控制所述风仓吹气和吸气的吹吸转换器，所述传送皮带上端设置有由气缸带动上下移动的用于切割薄膜的电热丝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吹吸式薄膜断切装置，其特征在于所述传送皮带为打孔皮带。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的吹吸式薄膜断切装置，其特征在于所述电热丝上端设置有用于吹气和吸气的吸力棒。
