背景技术
现今,许多家庭喜欢在自己家里腌制咸菜。但是,腌制好的咸菜要在食用的时候,往往是最上面的一层变色、变味甚至变质,其原因是咸菜的浮性使上面一层露出水面,在与空气接触后造成变质,不能吃而且还会引起整盒咸菜的变质。
实用新型内容
为了克服咸菜的浮性造成上层易变质的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种腌菜盛器,该盛器的盖体上设置压板,能压往腌制过程中的咸,使其浸于水面以下,隔绝空气,保持新鲜。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术措施是,盛器制成圆型或方型盒状,盒壁上的四周设有扣孔,盖制成圆形或方形,圆周边沿对应盒体扣孔的位置设置搭扣。盒盖内壁平面固定四条用不锈钢制成簧片,簧片的下端用活扣连接圆形或方形的压板,压板的直径稍小于盒体的内径,在压板的平面上开若干个透水孔。使用时,把腌制的半成品咸菜放入盛器内压实,使其浸没在榨出的汁水中,然后盖上盖用搭扣锁紧,利用簧片的弹力通过压板将咸菜压紧在水面以下,使其与空气隔绝,从而达到克服咸菜浮性露出水面所引起的变质。
本实用新型的有益效果是,为家庭腌制质量较高的咸菜,提供一种简单的腌菜盛器。

在图1中,盛器的盒体1制成圆型或方型,在盒体外壁上口四周设扣孔2,盖体6制成圆形或方形,在盖体内壁平面上固定四条簧片4,簧片的下端用活扣连接压板3,通常簧片用不锈钢制成,压板的平面上开若干个透水孔,在盖体的四周与盒体扣孔相对应的位置设置搭扣5。

1、一种腌菜盛器,制成圆型或方型的盒状,在盒壁外面四周设置扣孔,盖体制圆形或方形,四周与盒体上扣孔相对应的位置设置搭扣,搭扣与扣孔配合能锁闭盒盖,其特征是:在盖体内壁平面固定四条用不锈钢制成的簧片,簧片的下端用活扣连接压板。
