本实用新型公开一种加宽型无内胎钢圈,属于无内胎钢圈类制造技术领域,具体说是一种无内胎钢圈的轮辋加宽的结构设计,从而增加轮胎的着地面积,改善车轮的散热效果。
背景技术
钢圈,是车辆车轮的重要组件之一,目前的钢圈为钢材压制及焊接而成,钢圈外环制造精确,以装配无内胎的轮胎。
现有的无内胎轮辋为防止轮胎滑出,将标定宽度做得较窄,对轮胎的开口以一定的预紧力,但事实上,轮胎充气后向外膨涨时,由于轮胎的开口受到胎圈座的限制,使整个外胎的其他部位变圆,减少了轮胎的着地面积,使整车的附着力小,易打滑,方向性、制动性差;对于载货汽车而言,每侧轮轴上装有两个轮胎,会使得两个轮胎之间的距离变窄,影响了轮胎的散热效果。
本发明人经过长期地研究、实验,对钢圈轮辋的改进,终于创作出一加宽型结构的无内胎轮辋,故才有本实用新型的提出。
发明内容
针对现有钢圈结构技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种结构合理的加宽型无内胎钢圈,使得轮胎充气后膨胀均匀。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型包括轮辋和轮辐,轮辐周侧边端连接于轮辋的内环,轮辋的外环装配有无内胎的轮胎,其中,所述的轮辋与轮胎配合面之间的总宽为标定宽度的105%-110%。
所述轮辐外侧的轮辋上设有气门孔,气门嘴安装于气门孔内。
本实用新型改具有以下有益的效果:
1、本实用新型加大轮辋的标宽,减少轮胎开口处与轮胎最宽处的外缘之间夹角,使得轮胎充气后,膨胀均匀,减少轮胎中部的膨胀,使轮胎的侧面平缓,增加了轮胎的着地面积,使整车附着力大,方向、制动性好;
2、对于载货汽车而言,每侧轮轴上装有两个轮胎,轮辋标宽的加大,会使得两个轮胎之间的距离变宽,石头、杂物等不易夹在两轮之间,避免轮胎爆破,同时增强了轮胎的散热效果。
3、气门嘴的外置,加大钢圈内侧刹车毂的空间,提高刹车毂的安全性能,并且提高充气时的操作空间。

实施例1:结构如图1所示,本实用新型包括轮辋1和轮辐2,轮辐2周侧边端连接于轮辋1的内环,轮辋1的外环装配有无内胎的轮胎,其中,所述的轮辋1与轮胎配合面之间的总宽为标定宽度的105%-110%。轮辐外侧的轮辋上设有气门孔,气门嘴3安装于气门孔内。
