本实用新型属于沼气发生装置领域,尤其涉及一种多功能沼气罐。
背景技术:
沼气是一种能重复利用的可再生资源、生态资源。近三十年来,由于沼气发酵技术的广泛应用以及新型高效工艺的开发研究,使得人们对沼气发酵原理和条件有了较深刻的认识,有力地推动了沼气发酵技术的发展。但,目前沼气罐制品大都为玻璃钢制品、水泥制品或搪瓷钢板制品,其制作工艺都较复杂,无法做到大型罐体,不适应长期有效地使用。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种具有多功能的能长期使用的沼气罐。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
多功能沼气罐,包括有罐体,罐体上设置有进料口、沼气出口和出水口,其特征在于:所述罐体内安装有竖直放置的出渣筒,出渣筒顶部伸出罐体外,出渣筒内安装有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上固定有螺旋叶片,螺旋叶片的侧边沿与出渣筒内壁滑动接触,搅拌轴底端伸出出渣筒且固定有底板,底板上固定有弯爪,弯爪的弯曲方向一致;所述出渣筒上端侧壁设置有出渣口;所述罐体内安装有卧式搅拌器位于出渣筒侧边;所述罐体内壁环绕布置有加热管,所述的加热管的进、出口均引出罐体外;罐体上安装有感应液位器、温度计、压力指示表及卸压阀。
所述罐体可采用方形罐体和圆形罐体。采用方形罐体时,由304材质、厚度为1.0-2.0mm的冷压变异型板拼装成型,其有效体积可设计为200立方米;采用圆形罐体时,取用304材质滚压成型,其有效体积可制作为30立方米。这两种罐体均能串联使用。
所述出渣筒内的搅拌轴通过手动或者电动控制转动,当搅拌轴正转时,在搅拌叶的作用下会出渣;搅拌轴反转时,在搅拌叶的作用下会搅拌物料。所述的卧式搅拌器为手动控制或电动控制。
当物料从进料口送入罐体后,启动卧式搅拌器对物料进行搅拌;同时,驱动出渣筒内的搅拌轴正转对物料也进行搅拌作用。在此过程中,加热管内可用热水、蒸汽加热,对产气有很好的促进作用,使沼气罐常年产气。物料被充分利用后就变成废渣,需要将废渣从罐体内清除,此时,驱动出渣筒内的搅拌轴反转,将罐体内的废渣经出渣口送出罐体外。
