Abstract
本实用新型涉及沼气的发生装置,尤其是一种太阳能集热沼气罐。包括罐体、进料管、排渣管、沼气输出管,罐体为球体结构,罐体上部通过与其密封连接的球面形集热罩构成水压间,水压间一端设置有与罐体内储料间连通的回流管,另一端设置有排液管,进料管依次穿过水压间、罐体内储气间进入储料间,进料管的上部通过溢流口与水压间连通其顶部设置有溢流管,其内装有送料布料器,回流管和进料管外壁上设置有防结壳器。通过池盖集热,使热液回流到罐体料液内来提高温度,达到冬天也能正常产气的效果;可自动排放渣液,无须机械工具;通过送料布料器使料液分布均匀,无死角;罐内永不结壳。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及沼气的发生装置,尤其是一种太阳能集热沼气罐。
背景技术
沼气罐是目前农村和城镇普及较广的一种利用沼气的装置,通过沼气罐可以产生和收集沼气已备生活中利用,但目前的沼气罐由于水压间压力不足、储料温度低、发酵不充分,渣液排放困难、料液容易结壳等缺点,在使用中带来许多的不方便,会出现使用时间短,利用率低等现象。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有可太阳能集热,又可自动排放渣液的太阳能集热沼气罐。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种太阳能集热沼气罐,包括罐体、进料管、排渣管、沼气输出管,罐体为球体结构,所述的罐体上部通过与其密封连接的球面形集热罩构成水压间,水压间一端设置有与罐体内储料间连通的回流管,另一端设置有排液管,进料管依次穿过水压间、罐体内储气间进入储料间,进料管的上部通过溢流口与水压间连通其顶部设置有溢流管,其内装有送料布料器,回流管和进料管外壁上设置有防结壳器。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有的有益效果是:通过池盖集热,使热液回流到罐体料液内来提高温度,达到冬天也能正常产气的效果;可自动排放渣液,无须机械工具;通过送料布料器使料液分布均匀,无死角;罐内永不结壳。

具体实施方式:
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:一种太阳能集热沼气罐,包括罐体9、进料管15、排渣管10、沼气输出管1,罐体为球体结构,所述的罐体9上部通过与其密封连接的球面形集热罩4构成水压间13,水压间13一端设置有与罐体内储料间连通的回流管5,另一端设置有排液管12,进料管15依次穿过水压间13、罐体9内储气间3进入储料间8,进料管15的上部通过溢流口2与水压间13连通其顶部设置有溢流管14,其内装有送料布料器7,回流管5和进料管15外壁上设置有11防结壳器。
本实施例所述的送料布料器由搅拌立轴、搅拌手柄、搅拌扇片和送料推盘组成。搅拌立轴顶部装有搅拌手柄,其底部依次装有搅拌扇片和送料推盘。
本实施例所述的防结壳器呈尖齿结构。
本实用新型的使用方法简述如下:
沼气罐的罐体9埋入地下,集热罩4露在地表面,在添加填料前先将送料布料器7从进料管15拿出,然后将填料放入进料管15,如果填料过多或堵塞可用送料布料器7疏通,始终保持液面6在进料管15和回流管5之上,从而形成了储气间3和储料间8,经过一段时间发酵后,储气间3会储存一定的沼气,而储料间8的上部形成沼液,下部沉淀发酵过的储料,随着沼气的增加,储气间8的压力逐渐增大,使沼液沿回流管5进入水压间13,过多的沼液会从溢流口2流出,在水压间13的沼液会通过集热罩4太阳能集热,当使用沼气时,沼气从沼气输出管1输出,液面6上升,沼液回流使储料的温度上升,储料的结壳被防结壳器11打碎,储料中的残渣靠压力作用从排渣管10排出。
Claims (3)
1、一种太阳能集热沼气罐,包括罐体、进料管、排渣管、沼气输出管,罐体为球体结构,其特征在于:罐体上部通过与其密封连接的球面形集热罩构成水压间,水压间一端设置有与罐体内储料间连通的回流管,另一端设置有排液管,进料管依次穿过水压间、罐体内储气间进入储料间,进料管的上部通过溢流口与水压间连通其顶部设置有溢流管,其内装有送料布料器,回流管和进料管外壁上设置有防结壳器。
2、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能集热沼气罐,其特征在于所述的送料布料器由搅拌立轴、搅拌手柄、搅拌扇片和送料推盘组成。搅拌立轴顶部装有搅拌手柄,其底部依次装有搅拌扇片和送料推盘。
3、根据权利要求1所述的太阳能集热沼气罐,其特征在于所述的防结壳器呈尖齿结构。
