Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种食物垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于其装置包括发酵池、储气罐、输气管及沼气净化调节器,其中输气管通过沼气净化调节器分别与储气罐及发酵池联接。其主要特点是在发酵池上设置有阳光加热装置及热交换装置以便对发酵池内的发酵温度通过温度控制器进行调控,在发酵池的进料口装有粉碎机对食物垃圾中的块状物进行粉碎,发酵池的壳体为中间抽真空的双层结构,发酵后的残渣排放通过固液分离器,从而本沼气发生装置具有发酵快,产生率高,清洁卫生等特点,适于宾馆、饭店、单位食堂等既处理了食物垃圾,减少污染,又获得了沼气燃料,减少了能源消费,一举二得。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气发生装置,特别是涉及一种采用食物垃圾作为发酵料的沼气发生装置。
背景技术
目前沼气,尤其是农村地区采用植物桔梗,猪、牛粪便产生沼气的设备很多,各有绝招,城市生活垃圾分类处理后用于制作沼气的也有。唯独城市宾馆、饭店、单位食堂里大量蔬菜下脚料,吃剩下的饭菜泔脚等食物垃圾一直无人处理,造成环境污染,而现在的沼气设备一般无法处理食物垃圾。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种采用食物垃圾制作沼气的沼气发生装置。
本实用新型的食物垃圾沼气发生装置包括发酵池、储气罐、输气管及沼气净化调节器,其中输气管通过沼气净化调节器分别与储气罐及发酵池联接。
所述的发酵池包括壳体、阳光加热装置、粉碎机、球阀、热交换装置、发酵搅拌泵、排料阀、固液分离器及控制装置,其中壳体(即发酵池外壳)是一种中间抽真空的双层结构,安装在底座上起保温作用。阳光加热装置装在发酵池壳体的顶端,其目的利用太阳光对发酵池内原料进行加热,加速发酵速度,提高产气量。粉碎机装在加料口上端的球阀上,球阀装在加料口上,通过管道进入发酵池壳体内。发酵搅拌泵装在壳体上,排料阀装在固液分离器与发酵池壳体之间并通过联接管相互联接。热交换装置包括热交换器、热交换器循环泵、直热式热水器并通过连接管后装于壳体上,热交换器装于壳体内。控制装置包括真空表、压力表、温度控制器及电气控制箱,并分别装在发酵池的壳体上,对发酵池的工作状态进行监控。
本实用新型食物垃圾沼气发生装置中所采用的零部件除壳体外均为市售产品,不作详述。
本实用新型的食物垃圾沼气发生装置与现有技术相比其特点是:
1、在沼气发生装置的顶部装有阳光加热装置,利用太阳光对发酵池内的发酵料进行加热,加速发酵速度,提高产气量;
2、在发酵池的进料口装有粉碎机,对食物垃圾中的块状物进行粉碎,提高产气效率;
3、发酵池的壳体采用中间抽真空的双层结构,保温性强。
4、设置发酵搅拌泵,对发酵料进行搅拌,使池内发酵料发酵更充分,有利于提高产气率;
5、设置有固液分离器,对排出的发酵后残渣进行固液分离,固体残渣可作有机肥料使用,液体部分另作处理,以减少二次污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1对本实用新型作进一步叙述。
如图1所示:本实用新型的食物垃圾沼气发生装置包括发酵池16、储气罐20、输气管19及沼气净化调节器17,其中输气管19,通过沼气净化调节器分别与储气罐20及发酵池16联接。发酵池包括壳体4、阳光加热装置1、粉碎机2、球阀3、热交换装置、发酵搅拌泵9、排料阀11、固液分离器10及控制装置,其中壳体是一种中间抽真空的双层结构,安装在底座上。阳光加热装置装在发酵池壳体的顶端,粉碎机2装在加料口上端的球阀3上,球阀3装在加料口上通过管道进入发酵池壳体内,发酵搅拌泵9装在壳体上,排料阀11装在固液分离器10与发酵池壳体4之间并通过联接管相互联接。热交换装置包括热交换器5、热交换器循环泵6、直热式热水器7并通过连接管8相互联接而成后装于壳体上,热交换器5装于壳体内。控制装置包括真空表12、压力表13、温度控制器14及电气控制箱15,并分别装在发酵池的壳体4上。
食物垃圾沼气发生装置工作时首先将食物垃圾通过粉碎机及球阀加入到发酵池内,根据不同地区的环境温度通过温度控制器来设定发酵温度,发酵后产生的沼气进入产气池(所谓产气池实际上是壳体内下部存放发酵料的部分称为发酵池,上部存放沼气部分称为产气池),通过沼气净化调节器及输气管进入储气罐。在发酵过程中发酵池内的温度通过阳光加热装置及热交换装置来调节并由温度控制器来监控,产气池内的压力通过压力表监测,发酵后残渣通过排料阀及固液分离器排出池外。

1.一种食物垃圾沼气发生装置,包括发酵池(16)、储气罐(20)、输气管(19)及沼气净化调节器(17),其特征在于发酵池(16)包括壳体(4)、阳光加热装置(1)、粉碎机(2)、球阀(3)、热交换装置、发酵搅拌泵(9)、排料阀(11)、固液分离器(10)及控制装置,其中壳体(4)是一种中间抽真空的双层结构,安装在底座上,阳光加热装置(1)装在发酵池壳体(4)的顶端,粉碎机(2)装在加料口上端的球阀(3)上,球阀(3)装在加料口上通过管道进入发酵池壳体内,发酵搅拌泵(9)装在壳体上,排料阀(11)装在固液分离器(10)与发酵池壳体(4)之间并通过联接管相互联接,热交换装置包括热交换器(5)、热交换器循环泵(6)、直热式热水器(7)并通过连接管(8)相互联接而成后装于壳体上,热交换器(5)装于壳体内,控制装置装在壳体(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食物垃圾沼气发生装置,其特征在于控制装置包括真空表(12)、压力表(13)、温度控制器(14)及电气控制箱(15),并分别装在发酵池的壳体(4)上。
