本实用新型公开了一种沼气池防结壳及物料搅拌装置,它包括池体、池盖、电动机、传动立轴、破碎耙和螺旋桨叶。所述的池体的上部设有入料口,入料口上盖有池盖。所述的池盖上安装有所述的电动机,电动机上垂直装有所述的传动立轴,并穿过所述的池盖伸入所述的池体内下部。所述的传动立轴的中上部固定装有所述的破碎耙,所述的传动立轴的下部固定装有所述的螺旋桨叶。所述的池盖上还装有排气管。本实用新型结构简单,设计合理。通过破碎耙来防止沼液面结壳,使沼气顺利排出;通过螺旋桨叶来充分翻动物料,使物料得以充分利用和发酵,最终达到提高沼气产量的目的。适合各种沼气池的改造安装使用。

背景技术
目前,沼气作为环保性能源在我国乃至世界已经得到广泛地利用。但在物料发酵产气的过程中,往往存在沼液面容易结壳,影响沼气排出;物料容易沉积,发酵不充分的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的,在于提供一种可以有效解决上述问题,采用破碎耙和螺旋桨叶来破碎结壳和充分翻动物料的沼气池防结壳及物料搅拌装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的,沼气池防结壳及物料搅拌装置,它包括池体、池盖、电动机、传动立轴、破碎耙和螺旋桨叶;
所述的池体的上部设有入料口,入料口上盖有池盖;所述的池盖上安装有所述的电动机,电动机上垂直装有所述的传动立轴,并穿过所述的池盖伸入所述的池体内下部;所述的传动立轴的中上部固定装有所述的破碎耙,所述的传动立轴的下部固定装有所述的螺旋桨叶;所述的池盖上还装有排气管。
本实用新型结构简单,设计合理。通过破碎耙来防止沼液面结壳,使沼气顺利排出;通过螺旋桨叶来充分翻动物料,使物料得以充分利用和发酵,最终达到提高沼气产量的目的。适合各种沼气池的改造安装使用。
