Abstract
一种沼气池太阳能地源热泵光伏风电加热装置。由水井、水井管、水泵、水箱、太阳能、水阀门、地源热泵、出沼气管、气阀门、沼气池、热交换管组成。所述的水箱左内壁上设有液位传感器,屏蔽电线一头连接液位传感器,另一头连接液控开关,沼气池内热交换管下处设有温度传感器,屏蔽电线一头连接温度传感器,另一头连接温控开关,水泵、地源热泵上部设有光伏组件、风电,光伏组件下设有蓄电池,蓄电池下设有逆变器,电缆把光伏组件、蓄电池、逆变器串联,风电用电缆连接在光伏组件下的电缆上,逆变器下的电缆一路串联液控开关、水泵,另一路串联温控开关、地源热泵。它用于广大农村沼气能的开发利用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种沼气能装置,具体是指沼气太阳能地源热泵光伏风电加热装置。
背景技术
目前,公知的沼气池太阳能地源热泵电加热装置。所用的电是国家电网上的电,提高了沼气的成本。
发明内容
为了克服现有沼气池太阳能地源热泵电加热装置,要用国家电网上的电的不足。本实用新型提供一种沼气池太阳能地源热泵光伏风电加热装置,所用的电,是就地安装的光伏风电。每年在11月至次年3月,天气温度底,沼气池的温度也低,沼气池的原料不发酵,不产生沼气。在这段时间内,当有太阳有风时,就用光伏发电和风力发电;当有太阳没有风时,就用光伏发电;当没有太阳,有风时,就用风力发电。使光伏发电与风力发电互补,总是有电用。这样,就可以用光伏风电供地源热泵、水泵起动运转,给沼气池加热,沼气池温度升高到沼气池原料发酵,产生沼气。不受天时气候的影响,使沼气池一年四季都会产生沼气,提高了沼气池的利用率和沼气池的运转经济效益。同时解决了广大农民在冬春天没有沼气用的困难,方便了农民生活
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的新技术方案是:由水井、水井管、水泵、水箱、太阳能、水阀门、地源热泵、出沼气管、气阀门、沼气池、热交换管组成的沼气池太阳能地源热泵光伏风电加热装置。所述的水箱左内壁上设有液位传感器,屏蔽电线一头连接在温度传感器上,另一头连接在温控开关上,水泵、地源热泵上部设有光伏组件、风电,光伏组件下设有蓄电池,蓄电池下设有逆变器,用电缆把光伏组件、蓄电池、逆变器串联,风电用电缆连接在光伏组件下的电缆上,逆变器下的电缆一路串联液控开关、水泵,另一路串联温控开关、地源热泵。
本实用新型的有益效果是,结构紧凑、合理,充分利用自然的太阳能,风能无碳发电,供沼气池加热,不受天时气候影响,使沼气池一年四季产生沼气,提高了沼气池的利用率和经济效益,解决了农民在冬春天没有沼气用的困难,方便了农民生活。

在图1中,由水井1、水井管2、水泵4、水箱9、太阳能10、水阀门13、地源热泵15、出沼气管16、气阀门17、沼气池19、热交换管20组成沼气池太阳能地源热泵光伏风电加热装置。所述的水箱9左内壁上设有液位传感器8,屏蔽电线18一头连接在液位传感器8上,另一头连接在液控开关3上,沼气池19内的热交换管20下处设有温度传感器21,屏蔽电线18一头连接在温度传感器21上,另一头连接在温控开关14上;水泵4、地源热泵15上部设有光伏组件5、风电12,光伏组件5下设有蓄电池6,蓄电池6下设有逆变器7,用电缆11把光伏组件5、蓄电池6、逆变器7串联,风电12用电缆11连接在光伏组件5下的电缆11上,逆变器7下的电缆11一路串联液控开关3、水泵4,另一路串联温控开关14、地源热泵15。

1.一种沼气池太阳能地源热泵光伏风电加热装置,由水井、水井管、水泵、水箱、太阳能、水阀门、地源热泵、出沼气管、气阀门、沼气池、热交换管组成,其特征在于:所述的水箱(9)左内壁上设有液位传感器(8),屏蔽电线(18)一头连接在液位传感器(8)上,另一头连接在液控开关(3)上,沼气池(19)内的热交换管(20)下处设有温度传感器(21),屏蔽电线(18)一头连接在温度传感器(21)上,另一头连接在温控开关(14)上,水泵(4)、地源热泵(15)上部设有光伏组件(5)、风电(12),光伏组件(5)下设有蓄电池(6),蓄电池(6)下设有逆变器(7),用电缆(11)把光伏组件(5)、蓄电池(6)、逆变器(7)串联,风电(12)用电缆(11)连接在光伏组件(5)下的电缆(11)上,逆变器(7)下的电缆(11)一路串联液控开关(3)、水泵(4),另一路串联温控开关(14)、地源热泵(15)。
