Abstract
高效沼气池。现有的沼气池发酵的温度比较低,并且一般需要在特定的季节才能够完成,这样使得发酵时间受到限制,因此需要一种高效沼气池,其组成包括:沼气池10,所述的沼气池的外部装有阳光棚1,所述的沼气池内部装有加热管3,所述的加热管3通过水管4分别与锅炉5和太阳能集热装置9连接,所述的沼气池上连接有出料口7、进料口6和泛起器8。本高效沼气池可以在任何时候进行正常发酵使用。

本新型涉及一种沼气池,具体涉及一种高效沼气池。
背景技术:
现有的民用沼气池中常温发酵温度比较低,而且现有的沼气池的发酵还受到季节的限制,因为每个季节的温度是不同的,使得沼气池的发酵温度比较低,并且沼气池的产气量也比较低,冬季不能发酵,同时现有的沼气池进行除渣的时候一般采用人工除渣,其效率比较低,本发明采用中高温发酵,除渣采用机械化的除渣。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种能够完成中高温发酵的高效沼气池。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种高效沼气池,其组成包括:沼气池,所述的沼气池的外部装有阳光棚,所述的沼气池内部装有加热管,所述的加热管通过水管分别与锅炉和太阳能集热装置连接,所述的沼气池上连接有出料口、进料口和泛起器。
上述的高效沼气池,所述的沼气池的墙体为保温墙体。
上述的高效沼气池,所述的沼气池内部装有浮罩,所述的浮罩上部有沼气出口。
这个技术方案有以下有益效果:
1.本发明沼气池,其升温通过太阳光的照射产生热量,产生的热量用于沼气池的发酵,从而完成沼气池的中高温发酵,使得本沼气池的中高温发酵不会受到季节和温度的限制,本沼气池可以在任何季节进行中高温发酵使用。
2.本发明沼气池,当通过太阳能光的温度达不到中高温发酵的要求的时候,可以通过沼气池产生的气体给与加热管连接的锅炉进行加热,锅炉产生的热量通过加热管给沼气池进行加热。
3.本发明沼气池,本沼气池的发酵温度在27℃以上产气量比较大,每立方米的池容量可以产气0.5-3立方米,一个20立方米的沼气池可以供20-60平方米面积取暖,本新型沼气池的规格户用取暖型的在20-200立方米,村用工业化的沼气池1000-10000立方米。
4.本发明沼气池,其除渣采用机械化,可以用泛起器将沼气池中的沉渣泛起然后用泵抽或者用负压压排,而且无需人工进行除渣,这样使得除渣过程的工作效率比较高。

本发明的具体实施方式:
实施例1:
一种中高效沼气池,其组成包括:沼气池10,所述的沼气池10的外部装有阳光棚1,所述的沼气池内部装有加热管3,所述的加热管3上通过水管4分别与锅炉5和太阳能集热装置9连接,当太阳光的照射池顶部达不到中高温发酵的时候可以通过沼气池产生的气体作为燃料给锅炉5进行加热,加热后锅炉5中的热水通过上部的水管4输送到加热管3中,给沼气池进行加热,当加热管3中的热水通过循环加热后温度降低,然后加热管中降低温度后的水通过下部与锅炉5连接,重新进行加热,如此循环使用;为了达到能够给沼气池充分加热的目的还可以通过太阳能集热装置9吸收太阳能后,通过水管4传输热水,给沼气池10加热;所述的沼气池上连接有出料口7、进料口6和泛起器8,所述的沼气池的除渣通过泛起器8或机械化搅拌或水流冲击将沉渣泛起,然后用泵抽或负压压排通过出料口7将渣液排出,同时沼气池产生的沼气通过浮罩11上部的沼气出口排出。

实施例1所述的高效沼气池,所述的沼气池的墙体2为保温墙体,通过保温墙体2也可以完成高温发酵。

1.一种高效沼气池,其组成包括:沼气池,其特征是:所述的沼气池的外部装有阳光棚,所述的沼气池内部装有加热管,所述的加热管通过水管分别与锅炉和太阳能集热装置连接,所述的沼气池上连接有出料口、进料口和泛起器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效沼气池,其特征是:所述的沼气池的墙体为保温墙体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高效沼气池,其特征是:所述的沼气池内部装有浮罩,所述的浮罩上部有沼气出口。
