太阳能集热保温式沼气罐
技术领域
本实用新型涉及燃气发生装置,具体说是一种太阳能集热保温式沼气罐。
背景技术
沼气是我国目前大力发展的四大重点可再生能源项目之一。《中国新能源和可再生能源发展优先项目》就把农村沼气这一项目作为重点。国家《2000—2015年新能源和可再生能源发展规划要点》曾提出沼气在我国具有巨大的市场空间,为此,中央出台了《农村沼气建设国债项目管理办法》,国家计委印发了《新能源基本建设项目管理的暂行规定》。
农业部《2003—2010年全国农村沼气建设规划》提出:2002年底全国沼气池总量1100万户,计划到2010年,全国沼气池总量达5000万户以上,全国20%的农户可使用沼气;2003—2010年总投资610亿元,中央投资449亿元。从2005年开始,沼气普及工程从中央政策层面开始加速落实到各省、市的执行阶段,是国家为解决中西部落后地区脱贫致富、改善生态环境所采取的重要举措。针对沼气建设,各省市出台了一系列配套制度来保证沼气项目的顺利进行。
有关专家介绍,未来五年中国农村10%的农户将拥有沼气,在生物能资源丰富的农村使用沼气将成为趋势,到2010年,中国农村沼气池用户将达到5700万户以上,占总户数的30%以上,甚至更多。
世界上一些发达国家,也正在进行利用微生物厌氧消化农场废物、生产甲烷的较大规模试验。英国建立了甲烷的自动化工厂,可以替代整个英国25%的煤气消耗量。美国一牧场兴建了一座工厂,主体是一个宽30米、长213米的密封池组成的甲烷发酵结构,这座工厂每天可处理1650吨厩肥,每日可为牧场提供11.3万立方米的甲烷,足够1万户家庭使用。目前美国已拥有24处利用微生物发酵的能量转化工程。
现行广泛使用的沼气池为地埋式的沼气池,由水泥砌成,不可移动,在北方气温较低,地埋式沼气池密闭性不好,产气效率很低。因此各地开发了许多产业化的沼气罐,但仍面临着产气量低、持续时间短、对发酵料要求较高等瓶颈,普通沼气罐内料液时间长了易结壳,产气慢,罐体虽经密封但压力过高易涨坏罐体,使用安全性不高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种产气率高、速度快、取料方便、自动稳定气压的太阳能集热保温式沼气罐。
所述太阳能集热保温式沼气罐,包括罐基、进料口、出渣口,其特征是:该沼气罐罐体为球形结构,上下两半球可分离式,在罐基之外附有太阳能吸热膜层,罐基之内为保温层,罐体内还附有生物膜;灌顶设有减压阀和排气阀,罐中设有搅拌器,进料口之下装有导料板。在所述沼气罐的罐体顶部设输气管,输气管的管路上装有压力表。
本实用新型沼气罐配合干发酵技术、纯秸秆发酵技术、多级发酵技术使沼气罐的产气量大幅提高,投料产气时间可持续6~8个月之久,自身能耗低,且罐体自动排气、自动减压,使用安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进一步说明:如图1中所示太阳能集热保温式沼气罐,包括罐基、进料口、出渣口,其特征是:该沼气罐罐体为球形结构,上下两半球可分离式。球形设计占地面积小、装料方便,气密性好,不渗水、不漏气、维修保养方便,且可以自动出渣。两个半球可以分离,运输便利。
在罐基2之外附有太阳能吸热膜层4,罐基2之内为保温层1,罐体内还附有生物膜12;罐体在生产时加入了一种特殊的吸光集热材质,吸光量大,可最大限度吸收阳光,转换成热能传递至罐体内。罐基是由有机纤维布和无机复合材料精制而成,设有出气孔、进出料口等,壁厚2~6cm,拉伸强度为93.5pg,弯曲强度100mpg,有很强的机械强度和延伸率,大大超过了传统地下沼气池的强度。罐体型号设有4m3、6m3、8m3、10m3、12m3等多种规格,可满足不同地区、不同家庭的需求。借鉴大型工业沼气工程中的厌氧生物过滤膜的生产方式,太阳能沼气罐中就含有大量的生物膜附着结构,加速了厌氧发酵过程,使沼气的产生效率更高、速度更快。
灌顶设有减压阀6和排气阀8,在所述沼气罐的罐体顶部设输气管5,输气管5的管路上装有压力表7。传统沼气池由于在设计与制作上的原因,在夏季温度高时产气量大,压力过高易涨坏罐体,为此安装有减压阀6和排气阀8,具有自动排气、自动减压功能,使用十分安全。
罐体中的搅拌器11可以防止料液结壳,导料板10将进料口9投入的秸秆或其它的产气料导向搅拌器11,可以充分发挥投入料作用,防止料液结壳,最后利用完的渣料从出料口排出。
本实用新型配合采用干式发酵技术,产气快,产气量大,彻底改变了传统地下沼气池建设成本高、占地面积大、建设周期长、冬季不产气、不易维护等诸多难题,每投料一次可连续产气6-8个月,就像液化气一样使用方便,既干净又环保,周期使用寿命可达20年以上。

1.一种太阳能集热保温式沼气罐,包括罐基、进料口、出渣口,其特征是:该沼气罐罐体为球形结构,上下两半球可分离式,在罐基(2)之外附有太阳能吸热膜层(4),罐基(2)之内为保温层(1),罐体内还附有生物膜(12);灌顶设有减压阀(6)和排气阀(8),罐中设有搅拌器(11),进料口(9)之下装有导料板(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能集热保温式沼气罐,其特征是:在所述沼气罐的罐体顶部设输气管(5),输气管(5)的管路上装有压力表(7)。
