一种拼接式的保温沼气罐,本发明为球形或圆柱形罐体,罐体由上罐体(2)和下罐体(3)拼接而成,上下罐体采用预置法兰盘螺栓连接及胶接,上罐体设进出料口,保证进出料方便;进出料口与密封盖采用螺栓紧固连接,保证罐体的密封性;密封盖设有气嘴及泄压模块(1),保证对外供气和罐体内沼气压力不超过安全范围;罐体分为内层(5)、保温层(6)、外层(7)。本发明结构简单、保温性能好,强度高,实用,易拆卸、易组装,即科学又严谨,方便工业化生产安装运输,操作及维护简单。

本发明是一种拼接式的保温沼气罐,沼气罐由上下罐体拼接而成,罐体由内层、保温层及外层组成。
背景技术:
沼气是国家大力扶持的新能源产业,沼气对解决农村日常能源问题,环境保护问题起着至关重要的作用,发展农村沼气是我国的长期基本国策。
沼气的生成需要一定的环境条件,沼气生成需要在一定的温度、密闭、厌氧、潮湿、酸碱度适中的环境中,尤其是温度是沼气生成的关键条件。目前国内广的北方地区和一部分南方地区,冬天寒冷,滴水成冰,很多地区一到冬天沼气罐无法产气,甚至冻结。这为沼气的普及和使用造成了极大的困难。另外,沼气池的工业化生产和安装运输也一直是难题。
本发明为一种拼接式的保温沼气罐,解决了上述问题。在保温层的问题上,为保证保温效果,保温层要具有良好的隔热保温性能,同时保温层和内层、外层一样须具有良好的抗渗、防水特性;保温层还承受沼气罐罐体及罐内料浆的巨大压强。这些要求保温材料要具有良好的保温性能、相当的抗压强度和防渗、抗水特性,为达到上述要求,本方明采用无机发泡材料作为罐体的保温材料。采用拼接式罐体和无机发泡材料有利于工业化生产,便于运输安装,大幅降低了成本、生产难度和对环境的污染。
发明内容:
本发明为一种拼接式的保温沼气罐,这种沼气罐具有良好的保温性能、结构强度、防渗抗水特性,可在低温下产气,且结构及制造工艺简单、成本低,利于工业化生产。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种带保温层的沼气罐,沼气罐分为上下罐体,上下罐体采用预置法兰盘螺栓连接及胶接,上罐体顶端预置进出料口,进出料口顶端预埋螺母,密封盖与进出料口采用螺栓连接,密封盖设有气嘴及泄压模块。罐体分为内层、温层和外层。本发明为一种拼接式的保温沼气罐。

具体实施方式:
下面结合说明书附图对实施例加以详述。本发明为球形或圆柱形罐体,由上罐体(2)和下罐体(3)拼接而成,上下罐体采用预置法兰盘螺栓连接及胶接,上罐体设进出料口,保证进出料方便;进出料口与密封盖采用螺栓紧固连接,保证罐体的密封性;密封盖设有气嘴及泄压模块(1),保证对外供气和罐体内沼气压力不超过安全范围;罐体分为内层(5)、保温层(6)、外层(7),保证罐体的保温、结构强度、抗水防渗的性能;其中内层和外层为纤维增强复合材料或无机材料,保温层为无机发泡保温材料。密封盖结构与罐体相同也分为内层、保温层和外层,保证罐体的保温性能。
本发明是保证低温下产生沼气的拼接式保温沼气罐,本发明便于工业化生产、便于运输、安装及维护,而且使用简便,便于操作。
本发明的有益效果:
1、保证了低温下沼气的连续生成与供气,为北方及南方低温地区沼气的普及打开了新的方向。
2、保证了沼气罐工业化生产的可行性,降低了生产成本,方便了安装、运输,便于维护。
Claims (3)
1.一种拼接式的保温沼气罐,由1.气嘴及泄压模块,2、密封盖,3、上罐体,4、下罐体组成,罐体分为三层,由5、内层,6、保温材料层,7、外层组成。
2.如权利要求书1所述一种拼接式的保温沼气罐,其特征是:本发明为为球形或圆柱形罐体,罐体由上罐体(2)和下罐体(3)拼接而成,上下罐体采用预置法兰盘螺栓连接及胶接,上罐体设进出料口,保证进出料方便;进出料口与密封盖采用螺栓紧固连接,保证罐体的密封性;密封盖设有气嘴及泄压模块(1),保证对外供气和罐体内沼气压力不超过安全范围。
3.如权利要求书1所述一种拼接式的保温沼气罐,其特征是:罐体分为内层(5)、保温层(6)、外层(7),为保证罐体的保温、结构强度、抗水防渗的性能;其中内层和外层为纤维增强复合材料或无机材料,保温层为无机发泡保温材料。密封盖结构和材料与罐体相同也分为内层、保温层和外层。
