一种沼气池气体搅拌装置。本实用新型涉及一种搅拌装置，在沼气池体内安装有多根平行竖管，其下端与固定在沼气池体下底上的固定支座相接，上端与主管相接，沼气池体顶部还设有与集气柜相连通的集气管。本实用新型结构简单、设计合理、易安装，成本低廉，搅拌充分均匀，该装置即可打碎沼气池内原料结壳，提高沼气产生量。

本实用新型涉及一种沼气池气体搅拌装置。
背景技术
目前，沼气池内放置的发酵原料不进行搅拌，易产生结壳现象，影响发酵产生沼气，沼气产生量少，通常采用人工搅拌，搅拌效果不佳，费时费力。
发明内容
本实用新型的任务在于克服上述技术中存在的不足之处，提供一种结构简单、设计合理，将沼气柜中沼气抽出通过管路高压冲入沼气池，达到充分搅拌的目的。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：在沼气池体内安装有多根平行竖管，其下端与固定在沼气池体下底上的固定支座相接，上端与主管相接，沼气池体顶部还设有与集气柜相连通的集气管。
本实用新型的优点是：
结构简单、设计合理、易安装，成本低廉，搅拌充分均匀，利于发酵，该装置即可打碎沼气池内原料结壳，提高沼气产生量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作进一步详细描述。
由图1—图2可知，本实用新型是在沼气池体1内安装有多根平行竖管2，其下端与固定在沼气池体1下底上的固定支座3相接，上端与主管4相接，沼气池体1顶部还设有与集气柜5相连通的集气管6。
集气管6一侧分别装有加压泵7、控制阀门8。
本实用新型工作时首先启动加压泵工作，将集气柜内的沼气抽出加压，通过与主管连同的多根平行管，在加压泵的高压作用下使沼气丛竖管下端出口高压喷出，促使池内料液强制循环流动，使发酵原料分布均匀，增强微生物与原料的接触，使之获取营养物质的机会增加，活性增强，生长繁重殖旺盛，从而提高沼气产气量，搅拌又可以打碎结壳，提高原料的利用率及能量转换效率，并有利于气泡的释放。采用该搅拌装置后，平均产气量可提高30％以上。本实用新型适用于圆形、方形等结构的沼气池液体搅拌。

1.一种沼气池气体搅拌装置，包括沼气池体，其特征在于：在沼气池体(1)内安装有多根平行竖管(2)，其下端与固定在沼气池体(1)下底上的固定支座(3)相接，上端与主管(4)相接，沼气池体(1)顶部还设有与集气柜(5)相连通的集气管(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沼气池气体搅拌装置，其特征在于：集气管(6)一侧分别装有加压泵(7)、控制阀门(8)。
