本实用新型公开了一种浮罩式沼气池,属于户用沼气池使用领域,可有效解决现有沼气池占地面积大、工期长、密封要求高、不易维修、进出料难等问题。它是由沼气池池体(1)和浮罩(3)两部分组成。沼气池池体(1)为开放式混凝土结构,池体(1)上有导轨轮(2)和进料口(8),进料口(8)与厕所相连。浮罩(3)上有浮罩导轨(6)、导气管(4)、对称的一对平衡体(9)。池体(1)建好后,投入原料,将浮罩(3)放入沼气池内。产生沼气时,浮罩(3)可随气压大小上下升降。平衡体(9)也随着浮罩(3)升降起到搅拌沼渣的作用,促进产气。出料时将浮罩(3)与沼气池分离,可以方便出料。它具有操作简便、安全等优点。

为解决现有户用沼气池占地面积大、施工工期长、密封度要求高、不易维修、进出料难等问题。本实用新型提供了一种浮罩式沼气池,适合于农村各种条件下建设使用,且具有操作简便、安全等优点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:它是由沼气池池体和浮罩两部分组成。沼气池池体为开放式混凝土结构,池体上有导轨轮和进料口,进料口与厕所相连。浮罩上有浮罩导轨、导气管、对称的一对平衡体。沼气池池体建好后,投入沼气发酵原料,加水至适当位置,将浮罩放入沼气池内。产生沼气时,浮罩内气压增大上浮,用气后,浮罩内气压减小下降。随着浮罩的升降,平衡体也随着升降起到搅拌沼渣的作用,促进产气。出料时将浮罩与沼气池分离,可以方便出料。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型占地面积小、工期短、密封度要求低,操作简单、进出料方便,可以工厂化生产。
