Abstract

沼气箱,主要由箱笼、箱体、进料口、出料口、导气管、贮气箱构成,其特征是:箱笼与箱体形状及大小尺寸一致,箱体放于箱笼内,箱笼放在地上,或悬挂在高处,箱体留有进料口和出料口和集气孔,集气孔通过导气管送出沼气,在导气孔与使用终端之间的导气管上通过三角阀安装有1个以上的贮气箱,本实用新型沼气箱由于放在地面上或悬挂在墙壁上,因此能节约建沼气池的成本,方便于进料和出料,由于箱体的上盖采用透明塑料材质制成,增加了太阳的光照,提高箱体内的温度促进沼液原料的发酵和产气率,由于在箱体内采用滤网和配重块设施,使原料、沼液和沼气分离,使箱体内的沼气原料不易板结和结壳,另外,本实用新型可以进行工厂化生产,易于运输和安装,便于池气技术推广和应用。

技术领域:
本实用新型属于沼气生产应用技术领域,尤其涉及到一种沼气箱。
背景技术:
目前沼气池都建在地下两米多深,常年密封,一户一池,建池需持证专业人员半个多月才能建成,费用高,时间长,容易裂缝而出现漏水漏气,维修困难,不能移动。最主要缺点是出渣困难,原料漂浮在沼液上一年结壳达二、三十厘米,导致原料发酵不全,沼气集聚受阻,有效容积和贮气室减少,甚至会造成废池,由于出渣困难,原料主要为人畜粪便,大量农作物秸秆不能使用,一家一户人畜粪便远不够用。目前,也有个别厂家生产沼气罐,但也只是作为替代砖混沼气池埋在地下。造成换料困难。虽然每建一池地方财政给予大量补贴,推广沼气这一环保再生能源进展缓慢,其主要原因是沼气池存在缺陷,造成废池,劳民伤财。
发明内容:
为了克服目前沼气生产中沼气池或沼气罐存在的不足之处,本实用新型提供一种放置在地上,不需挖池,沼液原料不易结壳,便于进料出料,产气率高的沼气箱。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现其发明目的的。
沼气箱,主要由箱笼、箱体、进料口、出料口、导气管、贮气箱构成,其特征是:箱笼与箱体形状及大小尺寸一致,箱体放于箱笼内,箱笼放在地上,或悬挂在高处,箱体留有进料口和出料口和集气孔。集气孔通过导气管送出沼气,在导气孔与使用终端之间的导气管上通过三角阀安装有1个以上的贮气箱。
所述的沼气箱的箱体上部设有贮气室和发酵室,二者之间设有滤网,滤网的四边装有配重块,在配重块的作用,沼液在滤网的上面,原料在滤网的下面,便于发酵和产气。
所述箱体的上盖中间设有凸起的半圆形的集气帽,在集气帽的中间留有出气孔,出气孔与导气管相连接。
所述的上盖采用优质透明塑钢、塑料制成,能充分利用太阳能给沼气箱内增加温度提高产气率。
所述的贮气箱外设有贮气罩,贮气箱放于贮气罩内,贮气箱上面设有加重块。
所述的进料管与进料口固连,进料管上口高于沼气箱的上盖。
所述的出料口和出料布袋相连,出料布袋密封,不出料时两头扎紧后挂在箱体上方,防止沼液外泄。
本实用新型沼气箱由于放在地面上或悬挂在墙壁上,因此能节约建沼气池的成本,方便于进料和出料,由于箱体的上盖采用透明塑料材质制成,增加了太阳的光照,提高箱体内的温度促进沼液原料的发酵和产气率。由于在箱体内采用滤网和配重块设施,使原料、沼液和沼气分离,使箱体内的沼气原料不易板结和结壳。另外,本实用新型可以进行工厂化生产,易于运输和安装,便于池气技术推广和应用。

如图所示,沼气箱主要由箱笼12、箱体、进料口2、出料口9、导气管5、贮气箱11构成,其特征是:箱笼12与箱体形状及大小尺寸一致,箱体放于箱笼12内,箱笼12放在地上,或悬挂在高处,箱体留有进料口2和出料口9和集气孔。集气孔通过导气管5送出沼气,在导气孔与使用终端之间的导气管5上通过三角阀安装有1个以上的贮气箱11。
所述的沼气箱的箱体上部设有贮气室4和发酵室1,二者之间设有滤网7,滤网7的四边装有配重块8,在配重块8的作用,沼液在滤网7的上面,原料在滤网7的下面,便于发酵和产气。
所述箱体的上盖中间设有凸起的半圆形的集气帽6,在集气帽3的中间留有出气孔,出气孔与导气管5相连接。
所述的上盖采用优质透明塑钢、塑料制成,能充分利用太阳能给沼气箱内增加温度提高产气率。
所述的贮气箱11外设有贮气罩,贮气箱11放于贮气罩内,贮气箱11上面设有加重块13。
所述的进料管3与进料口2固连,进料管3上口高于沼气箱的上盖。
所述的出料口9和出料布袋10相连,出料布袋10密封,不出料时两头扎紧,后挂在箱体上方,防止沼液外泄。
