Abstract

一种两相厌氧发酵自搅拌反应装置属于沼气发酵设备;在水套式发酵罐体内设置容积比为1:10—15的副、主发酵腔室,在主发酵腔室内配装带有进料阀的进料管总成,在进料管总成的下端口处安装搅拌叶轮,在副发酵腔室上、位于主发酵腔室内配装沼液沼渣排出输送管,筒形挡板配置在副发酵腔室内,配装气压表和自控电磁阀的气压管路将主、副发酵腔室连通,溢流阀安装在水套式发酵罐体上,且与副发酵腔室连通;本装置将两相厌氧发酵配置在同一个水套式发酵罐体内,并实现了发酵料液的无外输动力消耗的自搅拌,具有结构合理紧凑、自动化程度高、节能效果好、工艺过程简单的特点。

一种两相厌氧发酵自搅拌反应装置
技术领域
本发明创造属于沼气发酵设备,主要涉及一种在有机废弃物发酵过程中可自行对发酵料液进行搅拌的两相厌氧发酵反应装置。
背景技术
目前,两相厌氧发酵装置都是将产酸相和产甲烷相分离,分别在两个反应器内进行厌氧发酵,两个反应器分别需要加热保温,能耗高,同时散热损失大;另外,发酵作业对料液的搅拌过程多采用外输动力机械搅拌,又增加了能耗,且容易破坏微生物群落的稳定性,厌氧发酵工艺操作复杂,需要人员实时监管,费时又费力,影响了两相厌氧发酵技术的推广应用。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,设计一种两相厌氧发酵自搅拌反应装置,通过将两相厌氧发酵在同一反应器内进行,且可以实现无外输动力自搅拌,达到结构简单、紧凑、散热损失小、节约能耗、操作简便、易于实现发酵过程自动控制的目的。
本发明创造的目的是这样实现的:一种两相厌氧发酵自搅拌反应装置包括水套式发酵罐体和配装在水套式发酵罐体上的水套注水阀、出渣口、水套排水阀、沼气出气阀和取样阀,在所述水套式发酵罐体腔内的上部和下部分别设置副发酵腔室和主发酵腔室,所述副发酵腔室与主发酵腔室的容积比为1:10—15,所述副发酵腔室下侧部整体呈倒圆锥体状,在所述水套式发酵罐体上、位于主发酵腔室内配装带有进料阀的进料管总成,所述进料管总成的上端部与副发酵腔室下侧倒圆锥体状底端部连接,在所述进料管总成的下端口处可转动的安装搅拌叶轮,在所述副发酵腔室倒圆锥体上、位于主发酵腔室内配装沼液沼渣排出输送管,在副发酵腔室倒圆锥体上、位于副发酵腔室内配装筒形挡板,所述筒形挡板的顶端与水套式发酵罐体顶壁之间留有间隙,沼液沼渣排出输送管将主发酵腔室与筒形挡板外侧部份的副发酵腔室相互连通,配装气压表和自控电磁阀的气压管路安装在水套式发酵罐体上,所述气压管路将副发酵腔室与主发酵腔室连通,溢流阀相副发酵腔室相互连通的安装在水套式发酵罐体顶端侧部上。
本发明创造与现有技术相比有如下有益效果:通过主、副发酵腔室结构的合理设计和气压表及自控电磁阀的配合使用,以及利用厌氧发酵过程中产生的压力对料液进行自动搅拌,实现了发酵料液的无外输动力自动搅拌,并将两相厌氧发酵配置在同一个反应装置内进行,减少了热量损失,降低了工艺的复杂程度,具有结构合理、紧凑、自动化程度高、节能效果突出、工艺过程简单的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造实施方案进行详细描述。一种两相厌氧发酵自搅拌反应装置包括水套式发酵罐体16和配装在水套式发酵罐体16上的水套注水阀11、出渣口12、水套排水阀17、沼气出气阀5和取样阀9,在所述水套式发酵罐体16腔内的上部和下部分别设置副发酵腔室4和主发酵腔室10,所述副发酵腔室4与主发酵腔室10的容积比为1:10—15,所述副发酵腔室4下侧部整体呈倒圆锥体状,在所述水套式发酵罐体16上、位于主发酵腔室10内配装带有进料阀15的进料管总成14,所述进料管总成14的上端部与副发酵腔室4下侧倒圆锥体状底端部连接,在所述进料管总成14的下端口处可转动的安装搅拌叶轮13,在所述副发酵腔室4倒圆锥体上、位于主发酵腔室10内配装沼液沼渣排出输送管8,在副发酵腔室4倒圆锥体上、位于副发酵腔室4内配装筒形挡板6,所述筒形挡板6的顶端与水套式发酵罐体16顶壁之间留有间隙,沼液沼渣排出输送管8将主发酵腔室10与筒形挡板6外侧部份的副发酵腔室4相互连通,配装气压表1和自控电磁阀2的气压管路3安装在水套式发酵罐体16上,所述气压管路3将副发酵腔室4与主发酵腔室10连通,溢流阀7与副发酵腔室4相互连通的安装在水套式发酵罐体16顶端侧部上。
发酵过程开始时,进料管总成14开启,开始进料,自控电磁阀2开启,使主、副发酵腔室10、4内的压力相等,料液液面高度一致;进料完成后,自控电磁阀2关闭,随着发酵的进行,主发酵腔室10内开始产生沼气,产生的沼气使主发酵腔室10内的压力升高,主发酵腔室10内的料液在压力作用下,经沼液沼渣排出输送管8和进料管总成14进入副发酵腔室4内,在料液上升过程中推动搅拌叶轮13转动,实现自搅拌,筒形挡板6可以提高和增大主、副发酵腔室10、4之间的液位差高度。当主发酵腔室10内的压力达到气压表1的设定压力时,气压表1控制自控电磁阀2开启,使主、副发酵腔室10、4内压力相等,副发酵腔室内的料液液面迅速下降,料液从副发酵腔室4内经进料管总成14下落至主发酵腔室10内,料液流动产生动能,在动能的作用下,搅拌叶轮14反向旋转再次达到自搅拌的目的。

1.一种两相厌氧发酵自搅拌反应装置,包括水套式发酵罐体(16)和配装在水套式发酵罐体(16)上的水套注水阀(11)、出渣口(12)、水套排水阀(17)、沼气出气阀(5)和取样阀(9),其特征在于:在所述水套式发酵罐体(16)腔内的上部和下部分别设置副发酵腔室(4)和主发酵腔室(10),所述副发酵腔室(4)与主发酵腔室(10)的容积比为1:10—15,所述副发酵腔室(4)下侧部整体呈倒圆锥体状,在所述水套式发酵罐体(16)上、位于主发酵腔室(10)内配装带有进料阀(15)的进料管总成(14),所述进料管总成(14)的上端部与副发酵腔室(4)下侧倒圆锥体状底端部连接,在所述进料管总成(14)的下端口处可转动的安装搅拌叶轮(13),在所述副发酵腔室(4)倒圆锥体上、位于主发酵腔室(10)内配装沼液沼渣排出输送管(8),在副发酵腔室(4)倒圆锥体上、位于副发酵腔室(4)内配装筒形挡板(6),所述筒形挡板(6)的顶端与水套式发酵罐体(16)顶壁之间留有间隙,沼液沼渣排出输送管(8)将主发酵腔室(10)与筒形挡板(6)外侧部份的副发酵腔室(4)相互连通,配装气压表(1)和自控电磁阀(2)的气压管路(3)安装在水套式发酵罐体(16)上,所述气压管路(3)将副发酵腔室(4)与主发酵腔室(10)连通,溢流阀(7)与副发酵腔室(4)相互连通的安装在水套式发酵罐体(16)顶端侧部上。
