本实用新型涉及一种加工干果的设备,具体为一种转动滚筒式炒干机,解决现有干果炒干机由于结构不合理而影响其使用性能的问题,包括架设在支架上并由驱动机构控制的滚筒炒锅,滚筒炒锅一端为进料口,滚筒炒锅下方设有加热炉,本实用新型的创新点在于滚筒炒锅内壁周圈设有空心夹层,所述进料口与滚筒炒锅的直径比为1∶3;滚筒炒锅与加热炉之间的距离为35-40cm。结构简单,热效率高,加热速度快,锅体受热均匀,而且加热炉与滚筒炒锅之间的距离不仅保证了锅体得到所需的温度,又不会使锅体瞬时温度太高而烧糊物料,锅体与进料口直径的最佳比例可确保炒制时的温度和湿度,使得干果的风味独特,可广泛应用于各种干果的炒制,尤其适用于瓜子。

本实用新型涉及一种加工干果的设备,具体为一种转动滚筒式炒干机。
背景技术
目前,对于板栗、花生、瓜子等干果的炒熟加工,绝大多数采用敞口的凹形铁锅以及用煤等可燃燃料的加热炉构成,炒制过程中依靠人工不断的用铲翻炒,这种方法不仅工人劳动强度大、翻炒不均匀、生产规模较小,而且热能耗费大。随着本领域技术的不断发展,人们研制了由驱动机构控制的圆筒炒锅,使用时,将圆筒炒锅放置在加热炉上,在驱动机构的作用下,使圆筒炒锅不断转动,从而实现锅内干果的炒制。此种方法虽然省时省力,翻炒均匀,但是由于该圆筒炒锅为单层结构,当加热炉火焰与锅体近距离接触时,会使锅体瞬间局部温度过高,烧糊物料,而且锅体受热不均匀。
发明内容
本实用新型为了解决现有干果炒干机由于结构不合理而影响其使用性能的问题,提供一种转动滚筒式炒干机。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现的:转动滚筒式炒干机,包括架设在支架上并由驱动机构控制的滚筒炒锅,滚筒炒锅一端为进料口,滚筒炒锅下方设有加热炉,本实用新型的创新点在于滚筒炒锅内壁周圈设有空心夹层,该夹层的结构设计可使得锅体受热均匀,而且具有保温效果。
为了进一步优化本实用新型的结构,完善其功能,所述进料口与滚筒炒锅的直径比为1∶3;滚筒炒锅与加热炉之间的距离为35-40cm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型结构简单,热效率高,加热速度快,锅体受热均匀,而且加热炉与滚筒炒锅之间的距离不仅保证了锅体得到所需的温度,又不会使锅体瞬时温度太高而烧糊物料,同时锅体与进料口直径的最佳比例可确保炒制时的温度和湿度,使得干果的风味独特。本实用新型的结构设计可广泛应用于各种干果的炒制,尤其适用于瓜子。

具体实施方式
转动滚筒式炒干机,如图1所示,包括架设在支架上并由驱动机构1控制的滚筒炒锅2,滚筒炒锅2一端为进料口3,滚筒炒锅2下方设有加热炉,滚筒炒锅2内壁周圈设有空心夹层4;进料口3与滚筒炒锅2的直径比为1∶3;滚筒炒锅2与加热炉之间的距离为35-40cm。实际工作时,滚筒炒锅的转速控制在每分钟37转,对于瓜子来说,脱皮净、翻转均匀。
使用时,将干果由进料口倒入圆筒炒锅内,然后将圆筒炒锅放置在加热炉上,在驱动机构的作用下,使圆筒炒锅不断转动,从而实现锅内干果的炒制。

1、一种转动滚筒式炒干机,包括架设在支架上并由驱动机构(1)控制的滚筒炒锅(2),滚筒炒锅(2)一端为进料口(3),滚筒炒锅(2)下方设有加热炉,其特征是滚筒炒锅(2)内壁周圈设有空心夹层(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的转动滚筒式炒干机,其特征是进料口(3)与滚筒炒锅(2)的直径比为1∶3。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的转动滚筒式炒干机,其特征是滚筒炒锅(2)与加热炉之间的距离为35-40cm。
