背景技术:
PVC软管制作成本低,易加工,目前被广泛地用于流体的输送,普通的PVC软管的不足之处为:造型单一,弹性不好,品美度不好。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种品美度高,内外管壁光滑、无气泡、无杂质,色彩鲜艳,管型柔软有弹性的新型纺编钩针PVC软管。
本实用新型是这样实现的:新型纺编钩针PVC软管,包括有内管和外管,其特征在于:在所述的内管与外管之间设置有纺编钩针形成的平丝层,平丝层的纤维丝嵌入内管的外壁和外管的内壁内,在外管的内壁以内设置有均布的描线层。
上述的描线层可透过透明的外管向外显示。
本实用新型相比现有技术突出的优点是:
1、本实用新型的纤维增强丝通过科技手段进行高温热化定型,达到钩针纺编的凝韧度,其强力不小于1000D;
2、本实用新型的经过多次热化,使得纤维丝溶入壁内,不脱层;
3、本实用新型提高了脉冲力,外层表面进行描线,增添品美度;
4、本实用新型管壁厚度均匀一致,内外壁光滑、无气泡、无杂质、无裂痕、无海绵状、网层不外露,色彩鲜艳,管型柔软有弹性。

新型纺编钩针PVC软管,包括有内管10和外管20,在所述的内管10与外管20之间设置有纺编钩针形成的平丝层30,平丝层30的纤维丝嵌入内管10的外壁和外管20的内壁内,在外管20的内壁以内设置有均布的描线层40。
上述的描线层40可透过透明的外管向外显示。
本实用新型的主要技术指标为:剥离强度≥9.8N/CM2,内壁拉伸强度≥12N/CN2,工作压力≥1.2Mpa,爆破压力≥3.6Mpa,最小弯曲半径200MM,本实用新型的纤维增强丝通过高温热化定型,达到钩针纺编的凝韧度,其强力不小于1000D;经过多次热化,使得纤维丝溶入壁内,不脱层;提高了脉冲力,外层表面进行描线,增添品美度;管壁厚度均匀一致,内外壁光滑、无气泡、无杂质、无裂痕、无海绵状、网层不外露,色彩鲜艳,管型柔软有弹性,适合在软管领域推广应用。
