本实用新型涉及的是一种换挡拨叉的改进发明。
背景技术
变速拨叉是变速箱体内的重要构件之一,工作时,如同以拨叉轴为支点的悬臂梁。目前现有的换挡拨叉多采用合金钢制锻造,其重量较大、性能较差,在一定程度上增加了加速器的整体重量,重量大势必需要更大的动力,这样不仅在换挡时用户操作有所不便,同时也会加大机动车油的损耗,从而造成浪费,而且合金钢制成的换挡拨叉与齿轮接触时,会产生较大的噪音。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种重量轻、操作方便且更有利于机动车节能的换挡拨叉。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是采用如下方式来实现的:该种换挡拨叉,包括有拨叉本体,所述拨叉本体的叉头与齿轮的上下表面相贴合,其特征在于所述拨叉本体由高硅铝合金制成。
本实用新型采用高硅铝合金拨叉代替了原有的钢制拨叉,使得拨叉重量轻,减少加速器整体的重量,从而减轻机动车的负载,减少油量的损耗,节约了能源,而且用户使用、操作更轻便,同时高硅铝合金制成的拨叉与齿轮接触时产生的噪音小,从而解决了背景技术中合金钢制存在的油量损耗大、操作不便以及噪音大的问题,给用户带来了良好的使用效果。
