Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种高炉探尺箱防卡砣箱门，其特征是，在箱门里侧靠近下门沿上端焊有一块楔形钢条。由于楔形钢条的尖头向上，尾端恰好挡住了下门沿上端平台，使探尺砣拆卸对正时顺着楔形钢条的斜面落回探尺箱内，而不会挂卡在下门沿上端，从而确保探尺的正常使用和高炉生产的顺利进行，减少休风事故和产量损失。

本实用新型属于高炉炉顶设备领域，具体涉及一种盛放高炉无料钟炉顶装料探尺的探尺箱。
背景技术
探尺是炼铁高炉无料钟炉顶探测装料程度的装置，通常是置于探尺箱内。炉顶探尺在检修时需要对正拆卸位置，然而在对拆卸位置时探尺砣经常挂卡探尺箱的下门沿上端，造成探尺砣无法放下，严重影响探尺的正常使用。有时甚至造成探尺砣损坏，不得不加以更换，导致高炉生产休风检修。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述问题，提供一种简单易行，能有效防止探尺箱下门沿挂卡探尺砣的箱门。
为此，本实用新型所采取的技术方案为：
一种高炉探尺箱防卡砣箱门，其特征是，在箱门里侧靠近下门沿上端焊有一块楔形钢条。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于在箱门里侧下门沿上端焊接一块楔形钢条，且楔形钢条的尖头向上，尾端恰好挡住了下门沿上端平台，使探尺砣拆卸对正时顺着楔形钢条的斜面落回探尺箱内，而不会挂卡在下门沿上端，从而确保探尺的正常使用和高炉生产的顺利进行，减少休风事故和产量损失。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型加以说明。
由附图可见，探尺砣2置放于探尺箱3内，探尺箱3的左侧设有箱门1，箱门1的下端连接在探尺箱下门沿5上，探尺箱下门沿5的上端有一长条形平台。本实用新型就是在箱门1的里侧、靠近探尺箱下门沿5的上端焊接一块楔形钢条4。楔形钢条4的截面形状为楔形(三角形)，整体为一长条形，其长、高、厚的具体尺寸为345×80×55mm。焊接时将楔形钢条4的尖头向上、尾端靠近探尺箱下门沿5的上端面，焊接到箱门1的里侧即可。
