技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车轮毂轴承单元总成,具体地说是一种采用旋压铆接的ABS传感器轿车轮毂轴承单元总成。
背景技术
目前,用于轿车上轮毂轴承单元,均采用螺母和垫片锁紧的方式,由于汽车在高速运动时产生颠簸和振动,而且螺母螺钉的丝扣强度有限,很容易引起螺母的松动,给汽车行驶带来安全隐患,同时在生产装配过程中费工、费时,工作效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述轿车轮毂轴承单元总成技术中的不足,将轿车轮毂轴承单元总成中内法兰盘一端与内圈进行旋压铆接,使轿车轮毂轴承单元总成结构更加合理,提高了汽车在高速运动时稳定性,保证汽车行驶中安全的安全。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:旋铆的ABS传感器轿车轮毂轴承单元总成,由内圈、防尘盖、橡胶密封圈、保持架、外法兰盘、齿圈、ABS传感器、滚子、内法兰盘和滚花螺栓构成;其特征是:外法兰盘套圈内圆弧面上设有双列钢球滚道;将内圈的一端面嵌入在内法兰盘上;在内圈的外圆面上分别设有与外法兰盘相对应的双列钢球滚道;将装有钢球滚子的双列保持架安装在内圈和外法兰盘套圈相对应的双列滚道内;上密封圈安装在外法兰盘内圆与内圈外圆的一端之间;下密封圈安装在内法兰盘外圆与外法兰盘另一端的之间;ABS传感器设在内圈和外法兰盘套圈齿轮圈的中间部位;内法兰盘一端外圆与内圈的内圆旋压铆接紧固在一起。
通过对内法兰盘一端外圆与内圈的内圆旋压铆接紧固在一起,从而达到轿车轮毂轴承单元总成结构更紧凑合理。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过对内法兰盘与内圈旋压铆接紧固在一起,从而达到轿车轮毂轴承单元总成的结构更紧密。使轿车轮毂轴承总成强度高,可靠性好,提高了产品质量和工作效率,节约了生产成本。

具体实施方式
在图1的实施例中,外法兰盘套圈5的内圆面分别设有双列圆锥滚子8的滚道,内圈1的一端外圆面上设有与外法兰盘5内圆相对应的圆锥滚子滚道,在内圈1的另一端外圈面设有与外法兰盘5相对应的圆锥滚子滚道,将装有圆锥滚子8的双列保持架4分别安装在内圈1和外法兰盘5相对应的滚道里;将橡胶密封圈3安装在外法兰盘5与内圈1的一端之间;橡胶密封圈9安装在外法兰盘5与内圈1的另一端之间;两个防尘盖2分别安装在外法兰盘5和内圈1两端密封圈3和密封圈9的外面;ABS传感器7设在内圈1和外法兰盘套圈5齿轮圈的中间部位;把五个滚花螺栓11装在内法兰盘10上孔内;将内法兰盘10一端圆弧形面与内圈1的一端外圆进行旋压铆接。
严格控制内法兰盘一端圆弧面与内圈的一端外圆的铆接部位,通过对内法兰盘10一端圆弧面与内圈1的外圆进行旋压铆接,是轮毂轴承单元总成的结构更紧凑。
为防止旋压力产生变形对轴承精度的影响,对内法兰盘10一端铆接口的形状、高度、壁厚、压力、铆压头摆角要进行严格控制。

1、旋铆的ABS传感器轿车轮毂轴承单元总成,由内圈、防尘盖、橡胶密封圈、保持架、外法兰盘、齿圈、传感器、滚子、内法兰盘和滚花螺栓构成;其特征是:外法兰盘套圈内圆弧面上设有双列钢球滚道;在内圈的外圆面上分别设有与外法兰盘相对应的双列钢球滚道;将装有钢球滚子的双列保持架分别安装在内圈和外法兰盘套圈相对应的双列滚道内;上密封圈安装在外法兰盘内圆与内圈外圆的一端之间;下密封圈安装在内法兰盘外圆与外法兰盘内圆另一端的之间;ABS传感器设在内圈和外法兰盘套圈齿轮圈的中间部位;内法兰盘一端外圆与内圈的内圆旋压铆接紧固在一起。
