Abstract

一种汽车轮毂轴承单元,属于汽车配件。主要解决现有汽车轮毂轴承单元存在的结构复杂、不方便装配及部件的硬度、强度和旋转精度都不高,使得噪音和震动较大的缺点。本实用新型由外法兰盘、小内圈、滚动体、保持架、内法兰盘、密封圈、齿圈、ABS轮速传感器和滚花螺栓组成,其特征在于所说外法兰盘设有两个可与滚动体相配合的外沟道或外滚道。本实用新型不仅能够简化结构,使安装更为简便,而且更加整体化、小型化,并且可终身免维修。

本实用新型属于汽车配件。
背景技术
现有各种结构的汽车轮毂轴承单元都是将一个包含有外圈和内圈的双列钢球或滚子轴承压入到外法兰盘与内法兰盘之中。由于部件较多,因此存在下述不足:1、结构复杂,不方便装配,尤其是在装配过程中易发生旋转变形;2、部件的硬度、强度和旋转精度都不高,使得噪音和震动较大,影响产品的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述不足提供一种结构简单、装配方便,硬度、强度和精度都较高的汽车轮毂轴承单元。
本实用新型是这样实现的:由外法兰盘、小内圈、滚动体、保持架、内法兰盘、密封圈、齿圈、ABS轮速传感器和滚花螺栓组成,其特征在于所说外法兰盘设有两个可与滚动体相配合的外沟道或外滚道。
上述内法兰盘还设有一个可与滚动体相配合的内沟道或内滚道。
所说两个外沟道或外滚道的表面采用高频淬火加工。
所说两个外沟道或外滚道及外法兰盘与密封圈之间的接触面采用同步磨削加工。
所说一个内沟道或内滚道的表面及内法兰盘与齿圈和小内圈的接触面采用高频淬火加工。
所说一个内沟道或内滚道、内法兰盘与密封圈之间的接触面、内法兰盘与小内圈之间的接触面及小内圈的一个内沟道或内滚道和小内圈与密封圈之间的接触面均采用同步磨削加工。
本实用新型取消了原结构中的外圈和内圈两个部件,直接在外法兰盘和内法兰盘上加工外沟道或外滚道和内沟道或内滚道,不仅能够简化结构,使安装更为简便,而且更加整体化、小型化,并且可终身免维修。通过采用高频淬火工艺和同步磨削工艺进行加工,使得部件的硬度、强度和旋转精度都有提高,明显的改善了小内圈的装配变形问题,同时,减小了噪音和震动,提高了产品的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例进一步说明本实用新型。
实施例1:参见图1,外法兰盘1上设有两个可与滚动体3相配合的外沟道10A,其中,两个外沟道10A的表面采用高频淬火加工,两个外沟道10A及外法兰盘1与密封圈6之间的接触面采用同步磨削加工,滚动体3采用钢球3A,组装各部件即成为本实用新型。
实施例2:参见图2,滚动体3采用滚子3B,相应的外沟道10A换成外滚道10B,其他同实施例1。
实施例3:参见图3,外法兰盘1上设有两个可与滚动体3相配合的外沟道10A,内法兰盘5设有一个可与滚动体3相配合的内沟道11A,其中,两个外沟道10A的表面、一个内沟道11A的表面及内法兰盘5与齿圈7和小内圈2的接触面均采用高频淬火加工,两个外沟道10A及外法兰盘1与密封圈6之间的接触面、一个内沟道11A、内法兰盘5与密封圈6之间的接触面、内法兰盘5与小内圈2之间的接触面及小内圈2的一个内沟道和小内圈2与密封圈6之间的接触面均采用同步磨削加工,滚动体3采用钢球3A,组装各部件即成为本实用新型。
实施例4:参见图4,滚动体3采用滚子3B,相应的外沟道10A换成外滚道10B,内沟道11A换成内滚道11B,其他同实施例3。

Claims (2)

1、一种汽车轮毂轴承单元,由外法兰盘、小内圈、滚动体、保持架、内法兰盘、密封圈、齿圈、ABS轮速传感器和滚花螺栓组成,其特征在于所说外法兰盘设有两个可与滚动体相配合的外沟道或外滚道。
2、按权利要求1所述的汽车轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于所说内法兰盘还设有一个可与滚动体相配合的内沟道或内滚道。
