本实用新型涉及一种超短的无长度补偿的双联叉结构传动轴,包括传动轴本体,在传动轴本体的两端分别加工有按同一基准一次加工完成的节叉耳孔,两个节叉耳孔为一体式结构,本实用新型由于采用了双联叉结构,减少了改制零件、挤压、焊接等几道工序,极大降低加工成本,降低了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率,节约了加工费用;由于一次装夹完成两端耳孔的加工,定位准确,避免了各工序的加工误差,提高了零件的加工质量。

本实用新型涉及一种超短的无长度补偿的双联叉结构传动轴。
背景技术:
目前,许多工程机械设计非常紧凑,所用传动轴的结构较短,无法用标准零件制造。在没有设计双联叉结构前,原焊接组合结构,传动轴需要用两个标准的万向节叉进行改制加工后装配焊接而成,主要缺点是:需要改制两个零件(万向节叉),增加了生产成本,延长了生产周期且改制后的精度难以保证,造成了原材料的浪费,生产效率低;需要挤压、装配,由于工装、改制零件的误差等因素,造成挤压、装配精度低。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的不足而提供一种可以提高产品质量,提高零件加工精度和劳动效率,降低生产成本和劳动强度的双联叉结构传动轴。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括传动轴本体,其特征在于:在传动轴本体的两端分别加工有按同一基准一次加工完成的节叉耳孔,两个节叉耳孔为一体式结构。
本实用新型采用在毛坯上直接带有两端节叉耳孔,并且一次加工完成两端耳孔,不必再采用成品万向节叉进行改制,然后进行焊接的工艺,极大降低加工成本,降低了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率,节约了加工费用。可一次装夹完成两端耳孔的加工,定位准确、加工方便、因加工两端耳孔使用同一基准,所以,大大提高了零件的加工精度。本实用新型由于采用了双联叉结构,减少了改制零件、挤压、焊接等几道工序,极大降低了加工成本,减轻了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率,节约了加工费用;由于一次装夹完成两端耳孔的加工,定位准确,避免了各工序的加工误差,提高了零件的加工质量。
