本实用新型涉及一种用于纺织纤维梳理用的梳理机用齿条。
背景技术
梳理机用齿条是纺织企业梳理机核心元件，其功能是与盖板针布相互作用下，棉纤维束得到充分的梳理，清除棉纤维中的杂质、尘屑、棉结，并将经分梳除杂后的纤维剥取、凝聚、成条。现梳理机用齿条齿部一侧面呈斜面，另一面为垂直面，制造过程中容易拉伤，穿刺纤维能力较弱，影响梳理效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种提高对纤维的穿刺能力，从而提高纤维的梳理效果，提高成纱质量的梳理机用齿条。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
梳理机用齿条，由基部1和齿部2组成，其特征是齿部2两侧均呈斜面。
齿部2的左侧斜面A与垂直面夹角λ为0.01°-7.5°。
本实用新型齿部2两侧均呈斜面，齿部2的左侧面A与右侧斜面形成双斜面锋利形状，提高对纤维的穿刺能力，从而提高纤维的梳理效果，提高成纱质量。
