本实用新型涉及一种用于纺织纤维梳理用的梳理机用齿条。
背景技术
梳理机用齿条是纺织企业梳理机核心元件，其功能是与盖板针布相互作用下，棉纤维束得到充分的梳理，清除棉纤维中的杂质、尘屑、棉结，并将经分梳除杂后的纤维剥取、凝聚、成条。现梳理机用齿条齿部齿背一般由直线或弧线构成，齿尖的强度比较弱，纤维容易下沉影响纤维的转移，进而影响梳理效果。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于纺织纤维梳理用的梳理机用齿条，可以有效解决上述存在的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
梳理机用齿条，由基部和齿部组成，其特征是齿部在齿后背增设一平台，平台与齿背间有圆弧过渡，平台与齿底间有斜面和圆弧过渡。
本实用新型将齿条齿背增加一平台，增强齿尖部的强度，同时平台能够有效地防止纤维下沉至齿底，通过适当加大齿距增加容纤量，实现齿尖强度和转移能力的提高，从而提高纤维的梳理效果，提高成纱质量。

如图1所示，本实用新型梳理机用齿条，由基部1和齿部2组成，齿部2在齿后背增设一平台21，平台21与齿背间有圆弧过渡R1，平台21与齿底间有斜面22和圆弧过渡R2。
本实用新型将齿条齿背增加一平台21，增强齿尖部的强度，同时平台能够有效地防止纤维下沉至齿底，通过适当加大齿距增加容纤量，实现齿尖强度和转移能力的提高，从而提高纤维的梳理效果，提高成纱质量。
