背景技术：
轻型车发动机前悬置必须通过发动机前悬置左、右支架形成的横梁总成与车架下翼面连接，为增加连接强度，通过加强板与车架腹板连接。其中发动机前悬置左、右支架因发动机布置要求，此件与车架连接为与车架下翼面连接，而与发动机连接的平面为与车架上表面成40°，与前轴平面后倾3°。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型发动机前悬置横梁总成，采用发动机前悬置左、右支架属于深冲压件，通过试制验证了此件的工艺性，通过试制装车实现了其应有的功能，通过整车道路试验验证了其强度等性能要求。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种新型发动机前悬置横梁总成，其特征在于：发动机前悬置左、右支架通过螺栓、螺母与车架纵梁及加强板连接，加强板与车架纵梁通过铆钉腹板连接，发动机前悬置横梁与发动机前悬置左、右支架通过焊接连接。
