本实用新型公开了一种集装箱输送小车，包括有横梁、设于横梁两侧的滚轮组，所述的滚轮组包括有滚轮架和至少2个滚轮，滚轮架包括固定板及沿固定板两边向下延伸的侧板，固定板的中部固定在横梁上，滚轮设于两侧板之间并通过轴与侧板转动连接。采用了上述技术方案的本实用新型具有造价低廉、结构简单实用的优点，使用时只须成对使用，即将两个输送小车间隔一定距离放在集装箱输送轨道上，并将集装箱放置在两小车的横梁上，定位柱的设置可使集装箱准确的放置在小车上，大大方便了集装箱的输送。

本实用新型涉及一种集装箱运输设备，特别是涉及一种集装箱输送小车。
背景技术
集装箱的常规油漆喷涂及烘干系统中，由于人能在现场作业，集装箱的输送一般采用拉箱链条或者卷扬机，挂钩、脱钩都需要人力辅助完成；另外在集装箱粉末喷涂后的固化过程中，由于固化房内的温度很高，人不能出入固化房，需要自动化的装备来完成集装箱的输送。现有的集装箱固化固化常采用悬挂链或者积放链来实现工件的运转，其装置庞大、造价高，热量浪费比较大。
发明内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术的不足，提供了一种造价低廉，结构简单、方便运输集装箱的运输小车。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种集装箱输送小车，包括有横梁、设于横梁两侧的滚轮组，所述的滚轮组包括有滚轮架和至少2个滚轮，滚轮架包括固定板及沿固定板两边向下延伸的侧板，固定板的中部固定在横梁上，滚轮设于两侧板之间并通过轴与侧板转动连接。
为使集装箱稳定的落在小车上，作为优选，在横梁的两端均设有向上凸起的定位柱。
作为优选，所述的滚轮架上设有拉钩孔。
作为优选，所述的拉钩孔设置在固定板的两端。
采用了上述技术方案的本实用新型具有的有益效果是：造价低廉，使用时只须成对使用，即将两个输送小车间隔一定距离放在集装箱输送轨道上，并将集装箱放置在两小车的横梁上，定位柱的设置可使集装箱准确的放置在小车上，大大方便了集装箱的输送。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的具体实施方式如下：
实施例：如图1所示，一种集装箱输送小车，包括有横梁1、设于横梁1两侧的滚轮组，横梁1为刚性材料制成，所述的滚轮组包括有滚轮架和2个滚轮3，滚轮架包括固定板4及沿固定板4两边向下延伸的侧板5，固定板4的中部固定在横梁1上，滚轮3设于两侧板5之间并通过轴与侧板5转动连接。
为使集装箱放置时定位准确，在横梁1的两端均设有向上凸起的定位柱2，如图2所示，所述的定位柱2可与集装箱7的角件孔配合，从而使得集装箱7放置时位置不会发生偏移。
所述的滚轮架上设有拉钩孔6，使用时，可将拉箱链的链钩钩在此拉钩孔6上，即可拉动小车在轨道8上行走；具体地，所述的拉钩孔6设置在固定板4的两端，由此，当小车需要反方向上行走上，不需掉转小车的方向，只需将链钩挂设在另一端的拉勾孔上，即可拉动小车在反方向上行走，大大增强了实用性。

1、一种集装箱输送小车，包括有横梁(1)、设于横梁(1)两侧的滚轮组，其特征是：所述的滚轮组包括有滚轮架和至少2个滚轮(3)，滚轮架包括固定板(4)及沿固定板(4)两边向下延伸的侧板(5)，固定板(4)的中部固定在横梁(1)上，滚轮(3)设于两侧板(5)之间并通过轴与侧板(5)转动连接。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种集装箱输送小车，其特征是：在横梁(1)的两端均设有向上凸起的定位柱(2)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种集装箱输送小车，其特征是：所述的滚轮架上设有拉钩孔(6)。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种集装箱输送小车，其特征是：所述的拉钩孔(6)设置在固定板(4)的两端。
