Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种防触电插座,其包括座板、扣合在座板上的座体、多个电极及多个绝缘块。座板上开设有插孔。电极设置在座体上并位于座板的插孔下方。绝缘块置于插孔与电极之间,绝缘块上开设有上下贯穿的与座板上的插孔对应的穿孔。因此,在插头的插接端子未完全插入本实用新型防触电插座时,插接端子仅与绝缘块接触,而不与防触电插座电性导通,从而使本防触电插座可达到防触电的功效,并且其结构简单,使用方便。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种插座,尤其涉及一种防触电插座。
背景技术
插座装置广泛应用于日常工作和生活中,其与插头插接以实现电能的传输。一般插座装置的电极采用铜件插口式设计,这种插座装置在插头的插接端子未完全插入插座装置时,插头的插接端子已接触插座装置的电极而达到电性导通,此时若使用不慎,使用者可能会因触及插头的插接端子而触电。
中国专利申请第03117886.3号披露了一种防触电的插座装置,其具有插座外壳、插座芯套、插座芯、插座电极、第一弹片、第二弹片及导线,插座芯套置于插座外壳内并与插座外壳连为一体,第一弹片安装在插座芯套上,并且导线与该第一弹片连接。第二弹片及插座电极均置于插座芯内并电性连接,插座芯可旋转地置于插座芯套内。在使用时,将插头的插接端子插入电极之间并将插座芯旋转一角度使第一弹片与第二弹片电性连接。然而,该插座装置需使用插座芯套及多个弹片并通过旋转的方式达到防触电的功效,从而其所需元件较多,且使用操作复杂。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷提供一种结构简单且使用方便的防触电插座。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型防触电插座包括座板、扣合在座板上的座体、多个电极及多个绝缘块。座板上开设有插孔。电极设置在座体上并位于座板的插孔下方。绝缘块置于插孔与电极之间,绝缘块上开设有上下贯穿的与座板的插孔对应的穿孔。
优选地,所述绝缘块的穿孔内设有一弹片。
优选地,所述绝缘块具有一容置部,该容置部上并列开设有所述穿孔,所述穿孔的孔壁的下端向内延伸出一抵接壁;该弹片具有一呈“U”形的弯折部,该弯折部的下侧缘向外弯折延伸出一抵接部,该抵接部抵接在该容置部的抵接壁上。
优选地,所述容置部在穿孔之间开设有一定位孔;该座体具有定位柱,该定位柱插置在该定位孔中。
优选地,该座板在所述插孔的边缘处向下凸伸多个凸块,所述绝缘块置于相应的凸块之间。
优选地,所述多个电极包括第一电极及第二电极,该防触电插座还具有一零线端子和两个火线端子,所述第一电极由该零线端子的下侧缘延伸而成,所述第二电极由所述火线端子的下侧缘延伸而成,所述绝缘块置于所述插孔与所述第二电极之间。
如上所述,本实用新型的有益技术效果在于,该防触电插座在电极上方设置有绝缘块,且在该绝缘块上开设有上下贯穿的且与座板上的插孔对应的穿孔,而电极设置在座体上并位于座板的插孔下方,从而在插头的插接端子未完全插入时,插接端子仅与绝缘块接触,而不与防触电插座电性导通,从而可达到防触电的功效。本防触电插座不仅结构简单,便于制造、组装,而且在插头插入时无需旋转和其它操作,使用方便。

具体实施方式
为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现的目的及效果,下面将结合实施例并配合附图予以详细说明。
请参阅图1,本实用新型一实施例的防触电插座1为一具有四个插座单元的三孔插座,其包括座体10、一零线端子20、两个火线端子30、多个绝缘块40及一扣合在座体10上的座板50。
座体10具有一底板11,底板11的周缘向上凸伸有侧壁12,该底板11上垂直向上延伸有多个隔板13,隔板13围成有多个容纳部14。该底板11上还垂直延伸有多个固持台15及定位柱16,该固持台15上开设有两个卡持孔151。
零线端子20具有一呈长条状的第一导电部21,该第一导电部21的上侧缘垂直弯折延伸有一第一固持部22,该第一固持部22的两侧缘均垂直向下弯折延伸有一第一卡持部23。该第一导电部21的下侧缘垂直弯折延伸有多个大致呈“U”形第一电极24。
火线端子30的结构与该零线端子20的结构大致相同,其具有一长条状的第二导电部31、一由该第二导电部31的上侧缘垂直弯折延伸出来的第二固持部32、由该第二固持部32的两侧缘均垂直向下弯折延伸的第二卡持部33及由该第二导电部31的下侧缘延伸的第二电极34。
请参阅图2,绝缘块40具有一容置部41及一弹片42,该容置部41上并列开设有两个上下贯穿该容置部41的穿孔411,穿孔411的孔壁的下端向内延伸出一定宽度的抵接壁412。容置部41在两个穿孔411之间还开设有一定位孔413。弹片42置于穿孔411内,其由绝缘材料或金属材料制成。该弹片42具有一弯折成“U”形的弯折部421,弯折部421的下侧缘向外弯折延伸出一抵接部422,弯折部421的上侧缘向外倾斜延伸出一导接片423。弹片42的抵接部422抵接在容置部41的抵接壁412上。
请参阅图1及图3,座板50具有一顶板51,顶板51的周缘向下延伸有侧板52。顶板51上开设有多组插孔53,且顶板51在插孔53的边缘处向下凸伸有多个凸块54。
请参阅图1、图4及图5,所述零线端子20及火线端子30并列地设置在座体10内,第一卡持部23、第二卡持部33分别插置在座体10相应的卡持孔151内。第一电极24及第二电极34分别对应容纳在座体10的容纳部14内。座板50盖合在座体10上。绝缘块40插设在座板50的相应凸块54之间,且该绝缘块40位于相应隔板13的上方,从而使该绝缘块40的相应穿孔411分别位于第二电极34的上方并与座板50上的相应的插孔53对齐。座体10的定位柱16插入绝缘块40的定位孔413中。
请参阅图4及图5,当插头2插入时,插头2的插接端子201在绝缘块40的导接片423的引导下插入弯折部421内,此时插接端子201未与第一电极24及第二电极34电性连接;请参阅图6及图7,继续按压插头2使得相应的插接端子201分别插入第二电极34内,从而使插头2与防触电插座1电性导通,由于此时插接端子201将近完全压入防触电插座1中,因此不会造成触电事故的发生。
综上所述,本实用新型防触电插座1通过在第二电极34上方设置绝缘块40,在将插头2插入防触电插座1时,插接端子201先插入绝缘块40的弹片42内,从而在插接端子201未完全插入防触电插座1时,插接端子201不与防触电插座1电性导通,因此能达到防触电的功效。该防触电插座1不仅结构简单,便于制造、组装,而且在插头插入时无需旋转和其它操作,使用方便。
Claims (6)
1.一种防触电插座,包括座板、座体及多个电极;该座板上开设有插孔,该座体扣合在该座板上;所述电极设置在该座体上并位于该座板的插孔下方;其特征是,所述插孔与所述电极之间对应设置有绝缘块,且该绝缘块上开设有上下贯穿的与座板上的插孔对应的穿孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防触电插座,其特征是,所述绝缘块的穿孔内设有一弹片。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防触电插座,其特征是,所述绝缘块具有一容置部,该容置部上并列开设有所述穿孔,所述穿孔的孔壁的下端向内延伸出一抵接壁;该弹片具有一呈“U”形的弯折部,该弯折部的下侧缘向外弯折延伸出一抵接部,该抵接部抵接在该容置部的抵接壁上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防触电插座,其特征是,所述容置部在穿孔之间开设有一定位孔;该座体具有定位柱,该定位柱插置在该定位孔中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防触电插座,其特征是,该座板在所述插孔的边缘处向下凸伸多个凸块,所述绝缘块置于相应的凸块之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防触电插座,其特征是,所述多个电极包括第一电极及第二电极,该防触电插座还具有一零线端子和两个火线端子,所述第一电极由该零线端子的下侧缘延伸而成,所述第二电极由所述火线端子的下侧缘延伸而成,所述绝缘块置于所述插孔与所述第二电极之间。
