M343272 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作涉及一種插座,尤其涉及一種防觸電插座。 【先前技術】 按,插座裝置廣泛應用於日常工作和生活中,其與插 頭插接以實現電能的傳輸。由於插座裝置的電極採用銅件 插口式設計,在插頭的插接端子剛插入插座裝置時,插頭 Φ 的插接端子已接觸插座裝置的電極而達成電性導通,此時 若使用不慎,使用者常會因觸及插頭的插接端子而觸電。 中國大陸專利申請第03117886.3號揭露了一種防觸電 的插座裝置,其具有插座外殼、插座芯套、插座芯、插座 電極、第一彈片、第二彈片及導線,插座芯套置於插座外 殼内並與插座外殼連為一體,第一彈片安裝於插座芯套 上,並且導線與該第一彈片連接。第二彈片及電極皆置於 馨 插座心内並電性連接’插座芯可旋轉地置於插座怎套内。 於使用時,將插頭插入電極之間並將插座芯旋轉一角度使 第彈片與第二彈片電性連接。惟,該插座裝置需使用插 座忍套及多個彈片並藉由旋轉的方式達成防觸電之功效, 從而其所需元件較多,進而造成其結構複雜。 【新型内容】 本創作之目的係針對上述習知技術存在的缺陷提供一 種結構簡單的防觸電插座。 5 M343272 為達到上述之目的,本創作之防觸電插座包括座板、 扣合於座板上的座體、複數個電極及複數個絕緣塊。座板 上開設有插孔。電極設置在座體上並位於座板之插孔的下 方。絕緣塊置於插孔與電極之間,絕緣塊上開設有上下貫 穿的與座板的插孔對應的穿孔。 如上所述,本創作防觸電插座於電極上方設置有絕緣 塊,且在該絕緣塊上開設有上下貫穿的且與座板上的插孔 對應的穿孔,而電極設置在座體上並位於座板之插孔的下 方,從而在插頭的插頭金屬片未完全插入時,插頭金屬片 僅與絕緣塊接觸,而使插頭金屬片與防觸電插座之間尚未 電性導通,從而可達成防觸電之功效,並且其結構簡單, 便於製造、組裝。 【實施方式】 為詳細說明本創作之技術内容、構造特徵、所達成目 的及功效,以下兹例舉實施例並配合圖式詳予說明。 %參閱第-圖,本創作_實施例的防觸電插座i係為 ”有四個插座單元的二孔插座,其包括座體、一零線 端子20、兩火線端子3〇、複數個絕緣塊4〇及一扣合於座 體10上的座板50。 座體10具有一底板u,底板u的周緣向上凸伸有側 土 4底板11上垂直向上延伸有複數個隔板η,該等 隔板圍成有複數個收容部14。該底板u上還垂直延伸有複 6 M343272 數個固持台15及定位柱16,該固持 孔151。 上開叹有兩卡持 零線端子2G具有-呈長條狀㈣_導電部a 導電部21的上側緣垂直f折延伸有—第—固持部公該第 固持部22的兩侧緣皆垂直向下響折延伸有 Γ:第:Γ:?1的下側緣垂直f折延恤 火線端子30的結構與該零線端子20之結構大致相 同,其具有一長條狀的第二導電部31、—由該第二導電部 31的上侧緣垂直彎折延伸出來的第二固持部%、由士亥第二 固持部32的兩侧緣皆垂直向下f折延伸的第二卡持部Z 及由該第二導電部31的下側緣延伸的第二電極^。 請參閱第二圖,絕緣塊4〇具有—容置部Μ及一彈片 42,該容置部41上並制設有兩個上下貫穿該容置部μ 的穿孔川,穿孔411之孔壁的下端向内延伸出—定寬度的 抵接壁412。容置部41上於兩穿孔411之間還開設有一定 位孔4丨3。彈片42置於穿孔411内,其係由絕緣材料或金 屬材料製成。該彈片42具有-彎折& “u”形的彎折部 42卜彎折部421的下侧緣向外彎折延伸出—抵接部似, 彎折部421的上側緣向外傾斜延伸出一導接片423。彈片 42之抵接部422抵接於容置部41之抵接壁412上。 請參閱第一圖及第三圖,座板50具有一頂板51,頂板 7 M343272 51的周緣向下延伸有侧板52。頂板5ι上開設有複數組插 孔53,且頂板51於插孔53邊緣處向下凸伸有複數個凸塊 54 〇 請參閱第一圖、第四圖及第五圖,所述零線端子20及 火線端子30並列地設置於座體1〇内,第一、第二卡持部 23、33分別插置於座體1〇之相應的卡持孔15ι内。第一電 極24及第二電極34分別對應收容於座體1〇之收容部Η 内。座板50蓋合於座體10上。絕緣塊40插設在座板50 的相應凸塊54之間,且該絕緣塊40位於相應隔板13的上 方’從而使該絕緣塊4〇的相應穿孔411分別位於第二電極 34的上方並與座板5〇上的相應的插孔53對齊。座體1〇 之定位柱16插入絕緣塊40之定位孔413中。 請參閱第四圖、第五圖’當插頭2插入時,插頭2之 插頭金屬片201在絕緣塊40之導接片423的引導下插入彎 折部421内,此時插頭金屬片201未與第一電極24及第二 電極34電性連接;請參閱第六圖、第七圖,繼續按壓插頭 2使得相應的插頭金屬片2〇1分別插入第二電極34内,從 而使插頭2與防觸電插座1電性導通,由於此時插頭金屬 片201將近完全壓入防觸電插座1中’因此不會造成觸電 事故的發生。 綜上所述,本創作防觸電插座1藉由在第二電極34上 方設置絕緣塊4〇,在將插頭2插入防觸電插座1時,插頭 M343272 金屬片201先插入絕緣塊4〇的彈片42内,從而在插頭金 屬片201剛插入防觸電插座丨時插頭金屬片2〇1與防觸電 插座1之間尚未電性導通,因此能達成防觸電之功效,並 且其結構簡單,便於製造、組裝。 【圖式簡單說明】 第一圖為本創作防觸電插座的立體分解圖。
