Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种电连接器组件,其包括:柔性印刷电路板、连接器、第一加强板以及拉拔装置,所述柔性印刷电路板的末端设有一安装部,所述第一加强板和连接器分别固定于安装部的上下表面;所述拉拔装置为倒T字型且包括一第二加强板和一拉带,所述拉拔装置固定于第一加强板上,所述拉带将第二加强板包覆在内,所述第二加强板位于拉拔装置的底部且将拉带底部夹置于第二加强板与第一加强板之间。所述电连接器组件具有经久耐用的拉拔装置。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器组件,尤指一种应用于电子领域的板对板的电连接器组件。
【背景技术】
就先前技艺所知,板对板连接器广泛运用于电性连接两分离且平行设置的电路板,以达成两电路板之间的信号传输,其通常包含有安装于一电路板上的插头连接器及安装于另一电路板上并可与另一电路板上插头连接器相配接的插座连接器,插头连接器及插座连接器将两电路板隔开一定距离,由于电子产品小型化、高集成、高速度的趋势,电连接器的构形也越来越小且需要传输更高速度的信号。
通常,这种板对板电连接器组件是由柔性印刷电路板(Flexible PrintedCircuit,FPC)和低构形连接器组成,该柔性印刷电路板上具有一安装连接器的安装区,该安装区内设有若干与连接器内端子相对应的焊片。该柔性印刷电路板的焊片藉由表面贴装技术(Surface Mount Technology,SMT)与连接器的端子相对应地电性连接。该电连接器组件用于小型化电子产品中,因此在需要在柔性印刷电路板组装更加小巧的连接器,所以需要在电连接器组件上组装一便于电连接器组件与对接连接器脱离的拉拔装置。
传统电连接器组件的连接器较大,可在其绝缘本体设置一对互相平行且贯穿绝缘本体上壁的狭缝,两狭缝间形成一两端与绝缘本体相连接的固定栓,将拉拔装置(该拉拔装置可为狭长矩形塑料带,且其一表面具有粘性)贯穿两狭缝并粘贴在一起。而板对板电连接器组件上的连接器比较小且连接器的上表面贴装着柔性印刷电路板,因此不能使用以上技术。另可在板对板电连接器组件(如图1)的柔性印刷电路板11’的加强板14’(用于加强柔性印刷电路板的硬度,便于安装连接器)上安装一拉拔装置15’,该拉拔装置可由狭长矩形塑料带(为PET材质,且一表面具有粘性)自中间折叠粘贴形成T型,并直接粘贴在加强板上。但PET材质的塑料带比较脆弱,直接粘贴到加强板上无法耐插拔且容易脱落,尤其是侧向拉动拉拔装置时更容易产生脱落或断裂。
鉴于上述弊端,确有必要设计一种具有改进的拉拔装置的电连接器组件以克服上述缺点。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电连接其组件,其具有较长寿命的拉拔装置。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器组件,其包括:柔性印刷电路板、连接器、第一加强板以及拉拔装置,所述柔性印刷电路板的前端设有若干金手指,所述柔性印刷电路板的末端设有一安装部,所述第一加强板和连接器分别固定于安装区的上下表面;其所述拉拔装置为倒T字型包括一第二加强板和一拉带,所述第二加强板位于拉拔装置的底部且将拉带底部夹置于第二加强板与第一加强板之间。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有如下的有益效果:拉拔装置上较硬的底部与第一加强板之间牢固地粘贴以及利用两加强板将拉带粘贴中间的固定方式,增加拉拔装置的受力面积,保持拉拔装置的粘贴力,从而有效降低拉拔装置的脱落或断裂。

【具体实施方式】
本实用新型电连接器组件是安装于电子设备中两互相平行的电路板上,用于信号传输。如图2至4所示,其分别为本实用新型较佳实施方式电连接器组件1的俯视图、俯视图以及侧视图。该实施例中电连接器组件1包括柔性印刷电路板11、连接器12、第三加强板13、第一加强板14以及拉拔装置15。所述拉拔装置15包括一第二加强板151以及将第二加强板151包覆在内的拉带152。在本实施例中,所述拉带152为长矩形塑料带且其一表面具有粘性,所述拉带152将第二加强板151固定在其中间并折叠粘贴形成一倒T字型拉拔装置15,所述第二加强板151位于拉拔装置15的底部。
如图2、4所示,柔性印刷电路板11的前端的上表面上设有若干金手指111,若干金手指111在柔性印刷电路板11沿前端边缘排成一排。所述第三加强板13固定于柔性印刷电路板11的上表面紧靠金手指111处,并与金手指111以及柔性印刷电路板11的前端形成与对接电路板(未图示)对接的对接部112。所述第三加强板13用于加强对接部112的硬度并与柔性印刷电路板11的前端形成一阶状以止挡对接部112过度插入。
请一并参照图5所示,所述柔性印刷电路板11的末端处设有一安装部113,所述安装部113的下表面上设有若干金属片1131,所述金属片1131沿横向方向排成两排且前后一一对应。所述第一加强板14固定于安装部113的上表面。所述拉拔装置15固定于第一加强板14的上表面。本实施例中各第一、第一加强板13、14和柔性印刷电路板11,拉拔装置15和第一加强板14以及拉带152和第二加强板151之间都是通过粘贴剂固定的,在其他实施方式中也可使用其它固定方式固定。
所述连接器12包括一纵长型绝缘本体121以及若干收容于绝缘本体121内的导电端子122,所述导电端子122沿纵长方向排成两排且与柔性印刷电路板11安装部113内的金属片1131一一对应。所述第一加强板14用于加强安装部113的硬度,便于将所述连接器12通过表面贴装技术(SMT)焊接在柔性印刷电路板11安装部113的下表面上。利用所述第一加强板14加强柔性印刷电路板11安装部113的硬度,促使所述连接器12的导电端子122和柔性印刷电路板11的金属片1131产生良好的电性连接。
本实用新型利用拉拔装置15较硬的底部与第一加强板14之间牢固地粘贴以及利用两加强板14、151将拉带152粘贴中间的固定方式,增加拉拔装置15的受力面积,保持拉拔装置15的粘贴力,从而有效降低拉拔装置15的脱落或断裂。
Claims (10)
1.一种电连接器组件,其包括:柔性印刷电路板、连接器、第一加强板以及拉拔装置,所述柔性印刷电路板的末端设有一安装部,所述第一加强板和连接器分别固定于安装部的上下表面;其特征在于:所述拉拔装置为倒T字型且包括一第二加强板和一拉带,所述拉拔装置固定于第一加强板上,所述拉带将第二加强板包覆在内,所述第二加强板位于拉拔装置的底部且将拉带底部夹置于第二加强板与第一加强板之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述柔性印刷电路板的前端设有若干金手指。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述电连接器组件进一步包括一第三加强板,所述第三加强板固定于柔性印刷电路板的上表面紧靠金手指处。
4.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第三加强板、金手指以及柔性印刷电路板的前端形成一对接部。
5.如权利要求4所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第三加强板加强对接部的硬度。
6.如权利要求3所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述第三加强板加强对接部与柔性印刷电路板的前端形成一阶状。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述柔性印刷电路板安装部的下表面设有若干金属片。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述连接器包括一纵长型绝缘本体以及若干导电端子。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述若干导电端子沿绝缘本体的纵长方向排成两排。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器组件,其特征在于:所述导电端子与对应的金属片电性连接。
