为达到上述目的，本实用新型多功能汽车保险杠，包括杠体，杠体分为三层，最外层为可塑性极强的钢板，第二层为树脂橡胶，内层为充气囊；杠体位于汽车的前后两端。
采用上述结构后，由于杠体分为三层，每一层都缓解冲撞的功能，能最大限度的增强防撞效果，保证车体与人身的安全。
