Abstract

技术领域
本新型总体上涉及一种台锯,更确切地说涉及制造台锯的结构技术。
背景技术
典型的便携式台锯通常具有工作台、支撑着工作台的底座、以及连接在工作台和/或底座上的锯组件。底座通常由金属或塑料制成。当底座由金属嵌板构成时,这种金属制成的底座通常较为沉重并且相对易于弯曲。相反,塑料制成的底座在台锯落下时则会破裂。
新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种结实且重量轻的台锯。
根据本新型,采用了一种经过改进的台锯。该台锯具有底座组件,由底座组件支撑的工作台组件,由工作台组件和底座组件中的至少一个支撑的锯组件,该锯组件包括延伸贯穿工作台组件的锯片,其中底座组件包括至少一个连接到工作台组件上的管。
本实用新型取得的技术效果在于,所提供的台锯稳定且结实,而且重量轻。
本新型还具有另外的特征和有益之处,从下面的附图和详细描述中将使这些特征和有益之处更加明显。

具体实施方式
现在参照附图对本新型进行说明,其中相同的附图标记表示相同的部件。参照图1,台锯100包括底座组件10、由底座组件10支撑的工作台组件11、以及由工作台组件11支撑的锯组件(未示出)。本领域技术人员应认识到,锯组件的结构是已知的,并能够在美国专利US5875698、US6009782和US6907807中查找到,这里将引入这些文献作为参照。
锯组件可包括延伸贯穿工作台组件11的锯片31。
底座组件11可包括至少一个连接到工作台组件10的管21。管21可由复合材料制成,如碳纤维或玻璃纤维,诸如铝管、钢管之类的挤压金属或模制的塑料。本领域技术人员应认识到,可以通过气辅注射、注塑等模制塑料管。
优选地,底座组件10具有两个基本成U形的、连接到工作台组件11的管21。每个U形管21都具有一与管21的两个支柱相连的上部横杆21CC。横杆21CB设置在两个U形管21之间并与这两个U形管21相连。横杆21CB和/或21CC优选地被焊接或用螺栓固定在管21上。
可以用螺栓将管21直接固定到工作台组件21上。或者,可以在工作台组件11和管21之间设置一挠性衬垫21R。参照图2,基本为环形的衬垫21R可布置在工作台组件11和管21之间。螺栓21B延伸贯穿工作台组件11、衬垫21R和管21,并与螺母21N螺纹啮合。优选地,可以插入螺栓21B使其穿过工作台组件11上的埋头孔,以便使螺栓头平齐于或低于工作台的工件支撑平面11WP。
图3示出了将管21连接到工作台组件11的另一种方法,其中相同的附图标记表示相同的部件。螺栓21B不是延伸贯穿工作台组件11,而是延伸穿过垫圈21W和衬垫21R并进入管21中。管21可具有螺纹区域21N,该螺纹区域21N可以一体地形成在管21内或扣合到管21上与螺栓21B螺纹啮合。然后组件优选通过板21P保持在适当的位置上,这样就使衬垫21R夹在板21P和工作台组件11之间。也可以利用螺栓21PB将板21P螺栓固定到凸起11B上。
本领域技术人员应认识到:要求确保衬垫21R为挠性,以便将工作台组件11和底座组件10之间的震动隔离开。衬垫21R优选是由热塑性橡胶制成,其硬度大约为70至80肖氏A级硬度。衬垫21R的硬度优选为大约75肖氏A级。
管21可具有可调的支脚组件23。本领域技术人员应认识到,提供可调的支脚组件23将允许使用者调节台锯100,以使工作台组件11基本保持水平。
参照图4,支脚组件23优选为包括支脚23F。支脚23F优选是由诸如热塑性橡胶之类的橡胶或其它挠性材料制成。螺栓23B延伸贯穿支脚23F、垫圈23W和管21,并且与设置在管21两侧上的螺母23N螺纹啮合。使用者可以通过转动螺栓23B和螺母23N来调节支脚组件直到获得所要求的位置。
参照图1和图5A-5B,可以在管21上设置面板22。面板22由金属或塑料制成。前面板22支撑on/off开关32、高度调整曲柄33和斜锁曲柄34。优选地,管21前部限定前平面RP。本领域技术人员应认识到,要求管21前部和前面板22需成形为使得on/off开关32、高度调整曲柄33和/或斜锁曲柄34不会延伸到超过前平面RP。
同样的,侧面板22可以支撑绳索包套36或扳手(未示出)。优选地,管21限定侧平面RR。本领域技术人员应认识到,要求管21和侧板22需成形为使得绳索包套36和/或扳手不会延伸超过侧平面RR。
参照图5A-5B,支脚组件23优选地限定基本水平的平面HP。要求重心CG位于支脚组件23之间。
管21具有基本向侧面延伸的突出部21P。工作台组件11也可以具有基本向侧面延伸的突出部11P。优选的是,突出部21P和工作台组件11和/或突出部11P共同限定基本垂直平面VP,该垂直平面VP基本垂直于水平平面HP。
重心CG优选地位于突出部21P和工作台组件11和/或突出部11P之间。这样能够使使用者将台锯100在其侧面平稳地放置,从而突出部21P和工作台组件11和/或突出部11P安放在基底或其它基本水平的表面上。
图7示出了底座组件10的另一个实施例,其中相同的附图标记表示相同的部件。在这一实施例中,管21将工作台组件11连接到模制而成的底座40上。优选地,底座40由耐冲击塑性材料吹塑而成。本领域技术人员可参照美国专利申请US20050024021、US2005008301、US2005083639、US20050264260和US20050285560,在这里将其全文引入作为参考,这些文献中公开了如何制成底座40以及如何将管21连接到底座40上的信息。底座40优选具有基底41。
图8示出了底座组件10的另一个实施例,其中相同的附图标记表示相同的部件。在这一实施例中,工作台组件11包括支撑锯组件的面板11PP、on/off开关32、高度调节曲柄33和/或斜锁曲柄34。一个或多个管21可设置在面板11PP下面用以支撑台锯100。优选地,用螺栓将管21固定到面板11PP上。
可以采用螺栓将支脚43固定到管21上。支脚43可以由橡胶、热塑性橡胶或其它挠性材料制成。
管21S也可用螺栓固定在侧板11PP上。本领域技术人员应认识到需成形管21S以致其可用作工件支承件。因此,管21S的顶面优选基本与工件支持平面11WP共面或位于工件支持平面之下。本领域技术人员还应认识到也可成形管21S以致当放置在其侧面时管21S能够支撑台锯100。
至少一个面板11PP优选是具有一孔11H,这样就能够允许使用者将管21用作手柄。本领域技术人员应认识到管21S也能够用作手柄。
图9示出了底座组件10的另一个实施例,其中相同的附图标记表示相同的部件。在这一实施例中,垂直管和水平管21通过接头44彼此相连。接头44可以注塑而成。接头44优选为具有一挠性部件,因此接头44能够吸收震动等。
参照图1,台锯100优选是具有与工作台组件11的前侧相连的前轨道组件50、与工作台组件11后侧相连的后轨道组件50、支撑挡板组件60的轨道组件50。本领域技术人员可参照美国专利US5722308,其全文引入作为参考,该文献公开了有关轨道组件50和挡板组件60结构的信息。
参照图1和6,优选是每个轨道组件50均包括用螺栓51B固定到工作台组件11的固定轨道组件51。轨道组件51包括固定轨道51R,该固定轨道51R优选是由挤压的铝制成。固定轨道51R可以具有一超模压(overmolded)部分51O。
可以在每个固定轨道组件51上滑动地设置滑轨52。滑轨52优选由挤压铝制成。滑轨52优选是具有狭槽52S和毗邻狭槽52S设置的通道52C。
凸起54延伸贯穿狭槽52S并与布置在通道52C中的螺母54N螺纹啮合。这就允许使用者沿着狭槽52S移动凸起54。由于挡板组件60具有设置在凸起54上的支架61,因此使用者能够相对于滑轨52调整挡板组件60的位置,和/或相对于锯片31调整挡板组件60的平行度。
每个滑轨52都带有齿条53。轴55S优选地延伸到工作台组件11下面。轴55S上固定有两个与齿条53相啮合的小齿轮55P。通过旋钮55K能够使轴55S和小齿轮55P旋转。利用这种布置,当使用者转动旋钮55K时,两个滑轨52将移动相等的距离,并且保持挡板组件60与锯片31平行。
本领域技术人员应认识到,挡板组件60具有能够与狭槽52S接合的闩锁(未示出)。
参照图10-11,推杆70可连接到用于存放的面板22上。面板22优选地具有至少两个从其上延伸的保持件22H。每个保持件22H优选地具有凸缘22HF和将凸缘22HF连接到面板22上的杆件22HH。优选地,杆件22HH彼此间隔X距离设置。
推杆70优选地具有至少两个狭槽71。设置在推杆70上的狭槽71彼此间隔大约相同的距离X。狭槽71应至少与凸缘22HF等长。狭槽71优选地具有宽区域71W和相邻的窄区域71N。因此,使用者能够插入保持件22H使其穿过狭槽71,然后使推杆70移动,从而杆件22HH移动穿过宽区域71W进入到窄区域71N。优选地,成形所述窄区域71N以致可以在窄区域71N和杆件22HH之间产生摩擦,从而限制推杆70沿着面板22移动。凸缘22HF优选地可以限制推杆70远离面板22的运动。
可以在杆件22HH和面板22之间设置肋22HR以加强杆件22HH。
还可以在保持件22H之间设置杆件22D。杆件22D优选地从面板22上延伸的不如保持件22H那么多。杆件22D具有凸起22DD。推杆70还可以具有从其上延伸的棘爪或凸起70D。当推杆70沿着杆件22HP移动时,凸起70D优选地移动经过凸起22DD。凸起70D和22DD可以接触以阻止推杆70沿着面板22移动。
本领域技术人员应认识到,凸起70D和/或凸起22DD可以分别接合在面板22和/或推杆70的凹口中。本领域技术人员还应认识到,凸起70D和/或凸起22DD的相互作用能够由摩擦基的保持装置来替代或者与摩擦基保持装置协同作用,其中所述摩擦是如上所述在窄区域71N和杆件22HH之间产生的。
保持件22H和/或杆件22D优选为与面板22模制成一体。从而可以在无需任何额外部件的情况下使推杆70保持在面板22上。
本领域技术人员可意识到这里所公开的装置的其它附加或替换。但是,所有的这些附加和/或替换应当认为是本新型的等同物。
Claims (25)
1、一种台锯,其特征在于,包括:
底座组件;
由底座组件支撑的工作台组件,工作台组件限定工件支撑平面;以及
至少由工作台组件和底座组件的其中之一支撑的锯组件,锯组件包括延伸贯穿工作台组件的锯片;
其中底座组件包括连接到工作台组件的第一管,第一管与所述工件支撑平面基本共面或位于工件支撑平面之下。
2、如权利要求1所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述第一管基本为U形。
3、如权利要求1所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述底座组件进一步包括连接到工作台组件的第二管。
4、如权利要求3所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述第一管和第二管相连。
5、如权利要求1所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述挠性衬垫设置在工作台组件和第一管之间。
6、如权利要求1所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述第一管具有可调的支脚组件。
7、如权利要求1所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述锯组件具有高度可调的曲柄和斜锁手柄中的至少一个,所述高度可调的曲柄和斜锁手柄中的至少一个未从第一管向前延伸。
8、如权利要求1所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述第一管连接在模制的底座上。
9、如权利要求8所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述模制的底座是吹塑制成的。
10、如权利要求1所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述第一管经由注塑制成的接头连接到第二管。
11、如权利要求1所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述工作台组件和第一管件的端点限定基本垂直的平面。
12、如权利要求11所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述台锯设置在工作台组件和限定基本垂直平面的第一管的端点。
13、如权利要求12所述的台锯,其特征在于,当台锯设置在工作台组件和限定基本垂直平面的第一管的端点时,台锯具有位于工作台组件和限定基本垂直平面的第一管的端点之间的重心。
14、如权利要求1所述的台锯,其特征在于,具有至少一个连接到第一管上的面板。
15、一种台锯,其特征在于,包括:
底座组件;
由底座组件支撑的工作台组件;
至少由工作台组件和底座组件的其中之一支撑的锯组件,锯组件包括延伸贯穿工作台组件的锯片;
连接到工组台组件的前固定轨道;
可滑动地设置在前固定轨道上的前滑轨;以及
安装在前滑轨上的挡板组件;
其中挡板组件安装在可移动连接到前滑轨的第一凸起上。
16、如权利要求15所述的台锯,其特征在于,进一步包括:
连接到工作台组件的后固定轨道;以及
可滑动地设置在后固定轨道上的后滑轨;
其中挡板组件安装在可移动连接到后滑轨的第二凸起上。
17、如权利要求16所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述前滑轨和后滑轨具有分别设置其上的第一齿条和第二齿条。
18、如权利要求17所述的台锯,其特征在于,进一步包括:
设置在工作台组件下面的轴;
设置在轴上的第一小齿轮和第二小齿轮,它们分别与第一齿条和第二齿条啮合;以及
设置在轴上用于使轴、第一小齿轮和第二小齿轮旋转的旋钮。
19、如权利要求15所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述前固定轨道包括挤压轨道和超模压在挤压轨道上的部分。
20、如权利要求15所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述前滑轨具有基本上沿前滑轨长度延伸的狭槽,第一凸起延伸贯穿该狭槽。
21、一种台锯,其特征在于,包括:
具有从其上延伸的第一保持件和第二保持件的底座组件;
由底座组件支撑的工作台组件;
至少由工作台组件和底座组件的其中之一支撑的锯组件,锯组件包括延伸贯穿工作台组件的锯片;以及
其上具有第一狭槽和第二狭槽的推杆,其中第一狭槽和第二狭槽可分别插入第一保持件和第二保持件。
22、如权利要求21所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述第一保持件具有从底座组件延伸的杆件和设置在杆件上的凸缘。
23、如权利要求22所述的台锯,其特征在于,所述第一狭槽具有宽区域和窄区域。
