本实用新型涉及一种新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元,采用双列角接触球轴承结构,包括法兰盘外圈、法兰盘轮毂、内圈、滚动体、保持器和密封圈,具有双列滚动体,外圈有双列沟道,两内圈各有一列沟道,双列滚动体位于双列沟道中,所述法兰盘外圈的内侧设有并列平行的双沟沟道,其截面的接触面为与滚动体相配的圆弧面,在滚动体的下方设有与滚动体相适应的内圈沟道的两半内圈;在外圈沟道与内圈沟道之间、滚动体外部设有保持架,内圈外周设有与滚动体相适应的挡边,滚动体与沟道之间的作用线沿接触点公法线方向与沟道平面间有31°-41°的接触角;法兰盘轮毂轴根部位分布环状局部高硬度区域。具有低微动磨损、简化安装、可靠性高的优点。

新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种轮毂轴承结构,尤其是涉及一种低微动磨损、简化安装、可靠性高的新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元。
【背景技术】
目前,公知的第三代两半内圈结构汽车轮毂单元是用两内圈与法兰盘轮毂过盈配合接触。这种结构的缺点在于:两半内圈在与法兰盘轮毂轴装配好之后,在汽车轮毂轴承单元工作过程中,法兰盘轮毂与半内圈二者的相互接触面由于小振幅振动会产生一种复合型式的磨损。摩擦表面间的法向压力使法兰盘轮毂接触表面上的微凸体粘着,粘合点被小振幅振动剪断成为磨屑。被氧化的磨屑在磨损过程中起着磨粒的作用,使摩擦表面形成麻点或虫纹形伤疤。这些麻点或伤疤使法兰盘轮毂产生应力集中,造成零件受动载失效,使产品可靠性降低。
【实用新型内容】
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本实用新型提供一种能稳定轴承工作游隙、提高接触质量、提高产品使用寿命、减少汽车制动器总成零件数、减轻部件的总重量,达到实现节能目的的新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元,采用双列角接触球轴承结构,包括法兰盘外圈、法兰盘轮毂、内圈、滚动体、保持器和密封圈,具有双列滚动体,外圈有双列沟道,两内圈各有一列沟道,双列滚动体位于双列沟道中,所述法兰盘外圈的内侧设有并列平行的双沟沟道,其截面的接触面为与滚动体相配的圆弧面,在滚动体的下方设有与滚动体相适应的内圈沟道的两半内圈;在外圈沟道与内圈沟道之间、滚动体外部设有保持架,内圈外周设有与滚动体相适应的挡边,滚动体与沟道之间的作用线沿接触点公法线方向与沟道平面间有31°-41°的接触角;法兰盘轮毂轴根部位分布环状局部高硬度区域。
半内圈分为内列半内圈和外列半内圈,在与所述内列半内圈的端面外侧接触的法兰盘轮毂轴根部环形接触部位分布局部淬火环状区域。
在所述外列半内圈的外侧与法兰盘外圈的内侧之间设有密封圈和防尘盖组合的密封结构。
在所述内列半内圈的外侧与法兰盘外圈的内侧之间设有密封圈。
所述密封圈为骨架式橡胶三唇密封圈,其外环带过盈配合于法兰盘外圈沟道外侧环带,在骨架的内周设有密封圈呈“人”字形的主唇、副唇和一个轴向密封唇,密封圈副唇小间隙配合于内圈光滑的外径挡边,密封主唇在外径挡边周围滑动接触,轴向唇在法兰盘轮毂轴肩周围滑动接触。
所述密封圈为骨架式橡胶三唇密封圈,其外环带过盈配合于法兰盘外圈沟道外侧环带,在骨架的内周设有密封圈呈“人”字形的主唇、副唇和一个轴向密封唇,密封圈副唇小间隙配合于与内圈光滑的外径挡边配合的防尘盖外径,密封主唇在防尘盖外径周围滑动接触,轴向唇在防尘盖内端面周围滑动接触。
本实用新型的有益效果是:采用轴根部位分布环状局部高硬度区域的法兰盘轮毂,减少了与内列半内圈外侧端面的磨损,提高了接触质量,稳定了轴承工作游隙,提高产品使用寿命;减少了汽车制动器总成零件数,减轻了部件的总重量,实现节能的目的;产品有36°的接触角,具有轴向和径向承载力;由于增加了密封圈,防尘效果好;在密封圈压入轮毂单元之前,注入一种耐高温、润滑性能良好的润滑脂到轮毂单元内部,可使其终身自润滑。将本实用新型安装在制动器中,与悬架联结,减少汽车制动器总成零件数,减轻了部件的总重量。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示:一种新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元,包括法兰盘外圈1、内列半内圈2、内列半内圈3、法兰盘轮毂4、滚动体5、保持器6和密封圈,法兰盘外圈1的内侧设有并列平行的外圈沟道20,该外圈沟道20是双沟沟道,其截面的接触面为滚动体5相配的圆弧面,在滚动体5的下方设有外列内圈3和内列内圈2,设有与滚动体5相适应的内圈沟道80,在滚动体5外周设有与滚动体5相适应的挡边12;在轮毂单元内列半内圈2和外列半内圈3上设有并列平行的内圈沟道80,与法兰盘外圈1的外圈沟道20一起夹持置于其间的滚动体5;内圈沟道80与外圈沟道20之间设有保持器6,该保持器6均匀隔离各滚动体5,并引导各滚动体5正常运动,滚动体5与双沟沟道和内圈沟道80之间的作用线沿接触点公法线方向与沟道平面间有接触角α,该α=36°,该轮毂单元可承受轴向和径向承载力。所述法兰盘轮毂4与轮毂单元的内列内圈的外侧端面接触的轴根部位分布环状局部高硬度区域8,该高硬度区域能够有效地减少轮毂单元法兰盘轮毂4轴根部位与内列半内圈2大端面磨损,保证轮毂单元在工作时有稳定的游隙,提高了轮毂单元的刚性,延长轮毂单元的使用寿命。所述轮毂单元的内列半内圈2的内圈沟道80的外侧与法兰盘外圈1的外圈沟道20的内侧之间一端设有密封圈7,所述密封圈7为骨架式橡胶三唇密封圈,其外环带过盈配合于法兰盘外圈1的外圈沟道20外侧环带,在密封骨架21的内周设有呈“人”形的密封主唇31、密封副唇32和轴向唇33,密封副唇32小间隙配合于磨削过的外列内圈的外径挡边12,密封主唇31在挡边12周围接触滑动,轴向唇33在法兰盘轮毂轴肩13周围接触滑动;所述轮毂单元的外列半内圈3挡边的外侧与法兰盘外圈1挡边的内侧之间一端设有密封圈9和防尘盖10组合的密封结构,所述密封圈9为骨架式橡胶三唇密封圈,其外环带过盈配合于法兰盘外圈沟道20外侧环带,在密封骨架22的内周设有呈“人”形的密封主唇31、密封副唇32和轴向唇33,密封副唇32小间隙配合于防尘盖外径14,密封主唇31在防尘盖外径14周围接触滑动,轴向唇33在防尘盖内端面15周围接触滑动;这两种密封形式保证密封可靠、旋转灵活以及轮毂单元散热良好,有效阻止轮毂单元润滑脂的外泄,并且可以阻止外面污物侵入。
本实用新型提供一种新型防微动磨损的第三代汽车轮毂轴承单元,该轮毂单元安装在制动器中,与悬架联结,减少汽车制动器总成零件数,减轻了部件的总重量。本实用新型提供了一种低微动磨损、简化安装、可靠性高的第三代汽车轮毂单元。

Claims (6)

1、一种新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元,采用双列角接触球轴承结构,包括法兰盘外圈、法兰盘轮毂、内圈、滚动体、保持器和密封圈,具有双列滚动体,外圈有双列沟道,两内圈各有一列沟道,双列滚动体位于双列沟道中,其特征是:所述法兰盘外圈的内侧设有并列平行的双沟沟道,其截面的接触面为与滚动体相配的圆弧面,在滚动体的下方设有与滚动体相适应的内圈沟道的两半内圈;在外圈沟道与内圈沟道之间、滚动体外部设有保持架,内圈外周设有与滚动体相适应的挡边,滚动体与沟道之间的作用线沿接触点公法线方向与沟道平面间有31°-41°的接触角;法兰盘轮毂轴根部位分布环状局部高硬度区域。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元,其特征是:半内圈分为内列半内圈和外列半内圈,在与所述内列半内圈的端面外侧接触的法兰盘轮毂轴根部环形接触部位分布局部淬火环状区域。
3、根据权利要求2所述的新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元,其特征是:在所述外列半内圈的外侧与法兰盘外圈的内侧之间设有密封圈和防尘盖组合的密封结构。
4、根据权利要求2所述的新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元,其特征是:在所述内列半内圈的外侧与法兰盘外圈的内侧之间设有密封圈。
5、根据权利要求1所述的新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元,其特征是:所述密封圈为骨架式橡胶三唇密封圈,其外环带过盈配合于法兰盘外圈沟道外侧环带,在骨架的内周设有密封圈呈“人”字形的主唇、副唇和一个轴向密封唇,密封圈副唇小间隙配合于内圈光滑的外径挡边,密封主唇在外径挡边周围滑动接触,轴向唇在法兰盘轮毂轴肩周围滑动接触。
6、根据权利要求1或5所述的新型防微动磨损汽车轮毂轴承单元,其特征是:所述密封圈为骨架式橡胶三唇密封圈,其外环带过盈配合于法兰盘外圈沟道外侧环带,在骨架的内周设有密封圈呈“人”字形的主唇、副唇和一个轴向密封唇,密封圈副唇小间隙配合于与内圈光滑的外径挡边配合的防尘盖外径,密封主唇在防尘盖外径周围滑动接触,轴向唇在防尘盖内端面周围滑动接触。
