背景技术:
目前链式线迹亮片机也称绷缝亮片机,其送片机构是安装于机头正前方,由于送片机构体积较大,刚好挡住操作者的视线,操作者无法及时发现缝料偏移缝纫轨迹,缝纫瑕疵时也不易发现。操作者为了解缝制过程,需要低头侧身观察,给操作者带来不便。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、方便操作者使用的链式线迹亮片机送片机构的安装结构。
本实用新型的方案是:包括链式线迹亮片机机头和送片机构,送片机构向左偏离机头正前方安装。
送片机构相对机头正前方的偏向角a范围为15度至75度,最佳偏向角a为30度。机头侧端安装面板,面板制有斜面,送片机构的连接架通过螺钉固装于面板斜面,使送片机构向左偏离机头正前方。
本实用新型的优点是:送片机构通过面板向左偏离亮片机机头正前方安装,该结构简单,操作者的视线无遮挡,可直接观察到缝制过程,及时发现缝纫瑕疵,方便操作者使用。

具体实施方式:
参照图1至图3,面板3通过螺钉安装于链式线迹亮片机的机头1侧端,面板3左侧制有斜面3.1,斜面3.1制有两个与螺钉4配合的螺孔,其结构如图4所示。送片机构2的连接架2.1通过螺钉4安装于面板3上,通过面板3与连接架2.1的斜面安装关系,使送片机构2向左偏离机头1正前方安装,机头1正前方为操作者所在位置,即图3箭头b所指方向。送片机构2的转盘架2.2投影面与箭头b相交角a就是上述的偏向角,其偏向角a范围为15度至75度,最佳偏向角a为30度。当然还可以通过其他安装结构使送片机构2向左偏离机头1正前方安装。

1、一种链式线迹亮片机送片机构的安装结构,包括链式线迹亮片机机头(1)和送片机构(2),其特征在送片机构(2)向左偏离机头(1)正前方安装。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种链式线迹亮片机送片机构的安装结构,其特征在于送片机构(2)相对机头(1)正前方的偏向角a范围为15度至75度。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种链式线迹亮片机送片机构的安装结构,其特征在于偏向角a为30度。
4、根据权利要求1或2的一种链式线迹亮片机送片机构的安装结构,其特征在于机头(1)侧端安装面板(3),面板(3)制有斜面(3.1),送片机构(2)的连接架(2.1)通过螺钉(4)固装于面板斜面(3.1),使送片机构(2)向左偏离机头(1)正前方。
