Abstract

本实用新型提供一种双级卸灰锁风装置，在灰斗下方安装刚性叶轮给料机，实现一级锁风。在刚性叶轮给料机下方增设存料仓，实现二级锁风。存料仓由支架支承，存料仓的下方接有二次卸灰装置。存料仓中设置料位仪，当存料仓中的粉尘到达一定高度后，料位仪立即传送信号，自动打开存料仓下方的二次卸灰装置，同时启动输送设备将粉尘送走。这种双级卸灰锁风装置实现双级锁风，锁风性能好，能实现完全密封状态，保证除尘器最佳运行效果。同时实现了除尘器卸灰、输送的自动化控制，使输送设备实现有料则送，无料则停的功能，避免了目前大多数输送设备大部分时间处于无用功运行模式，达到节约电耗的目的。

本实用新型涉及治理大气污染的除尘设备，特别是除尘器卸灰口双级锁风装置。
背景技术
当前，除尘器的卸灰锁风阀通常采用单级电动卸灰阀、气动翻板阀、单联翻板阀、双联重锤翻板阀等。
采用电动或气动卸灰阀，这类锁风装置但这类锁风装置存在卸灰时不能实现锁风的缺点。处于负压状态卸灰时，由于打开阀板或运转磨损后，外面的空气漏进除尘器内，并将灰斗内的粉尘重新吸到滤袋表面，造成二次吸附现象，增加了清灰次数，缩短了清灰周期，增加了除尘器的运行阻力，影响了除尘器的使用寿命；处于正压状态卸灰时，除尘器灰斗内的粉尘会喷出，造成二次扬尘现象。
采用单联翻板阀、双联重锤翻板阀等锁风装置，在卸灰时存在阀板不能完全密封。尤其是除尘器处于正压运行的状态下，密封、锁风效果更难以得到保证，部分含尘气体从卸灰口喷出；处于负压状态时，由于除尘器的压力通常较高，会紧紧吸住阀板不能卸料而全部堵在除尘器灰斗内，使除尘器不能正常运转。
无沦是单级电动卸灰阀、气动翻板阀，还是单联翻板阀、双联重锤翻板阀等，除了密封、锁风效果不好，它们都还有一个共通缺点：由于除尘器清下的粉尘不是很多，而且除尘器是周期性清灰，当除尘器不清灰时，下方的输送设备仍处于运转状态，作无用功，白白浪费了大量电能。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足之处，本实用新型提供一种卸灰口双级锁风装置，其密封性能好，并能节约电能耗。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
在灰斗下方安装刚性叶轮给料机，实现一级锁风。考虑到一级锁风装置不能实现完全密封的问题，在刚性叶轮给料机下方增设存料仓，实现二级锁风。
存料仓由支架支承，存料仓的下方接有二次卸灰装置。
存料仓中设置料位仪，当存料仓中的粉尘到达一定高度后，料位仪立即传送信号，自动打开存料仓下方的二次卸灰装置，同时启动输送设备将粉尘送走。当存料仓内卸灰完毕，关闭二次卸灰装置和输送设备，等待料位仪指示再次工作。
这种卸灰锁风方式的有益效果是：双级锁风，锁风性能好，能实现完全密封状态，保证除尘器最佳运行效果。同时实现了除尘器卸灰、输送的自动化控制，使输送设备实现有料则送，无料则停的功能，避免了目前大多数输送设备大部分时间处于无用功运行模式，达到节约电耗的目的。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本实用新型具体实施方式作进一步说明：
在灰斗6下方安装刚性叶轮给料机5，中间并用橡胶垫片密封，实现一级锁风。考虑到一级锁风装置不能实现完全密封的问题，在刚性叶轮给料机5下方增设存料仓4，中间用橡胶垫片密封，实现二级锁风。
存料仓4由支架3支承，存料仓4的下方接有二次卸灰装置2。
存料仓4中设置料位仪7。
除尘器收集在灰斗6中的粉尘先经刚性叶轮给料机5送到存料仓4中，此时二次卸灰装置2和输送设备1都处于停止状态。当存料仓4中的粉尘到达一定高度后，料位仪7立即传送信号，自动打开存料仓4下方的二次卸灰装置2，同时启动输送设备1将粉尘送走。当存料仓4内卸灰完毕，关闭二次卸灰装置2和输送设备1，等待料位仪7指示再次工作。
这种双级卸灰锁风装置实现双级锁风，锁风性能好，能实现完全密封状态，保证除尘器最佳运行效果。同时实现了除尘器卸灰、输送的自动化控制，使输送设备实现有料则送，无料则停的功能，避免了目前大多数输送设备大部分时间处于无用功运行模式，达到节约电耗的目的。
