本实用新型涉及一种衬塑钢管,具体地说,是涉及一种通过对焊连接的双面衬塑钢管。
背景技术
常见的双面衬塑钢管是以钢管内衬塑料管和外衬塑料管而成,内衬塑料管的目的是防止管材内壁的电化学腐蚀和结垢,外衬塑料管的目的是提高管材外表面的防腐功能,从而延长使用寿命,同时避免管材对管内流体污染。但是,普通双面衬塑钢管存在严重的问题:两根双面衬塑钢管之间的连接十分不方便。使用焊接会造成内衬塑料管因高温而被破坏,从而失去内衬塑料层的保护作用,影响管材质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型解决的问题是提供一种双面衬塑钢管,采用对焊方式实现双面衬塑钢管之间的连接,而不影响其自身的功能,同时提高管材外表面的防腐功能。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种对焊式双面衬塑钢管,包括钢管本体,其特征在于,所述对焊式双面衬塑钢管还设有内衬管和外衬管,内衬管紧贴于钢管本体内壁,外衬管包被于钢管本体外表面,钢管本体端部设有不锈钢管。
所述外衬管和内衬管皆为塑料管。
所述不锈钢管焊接于钢管本体端部。
所述两根对焊式双面衬塑钢管的连接通过对端部不锈钢管采用氩氟焊接实现。
所述两根不锈钢管焊接处外表面设有热缩套。
所述对焊式双面衬塑钢管的外表面设有一塑料层。
本实用新型的使用方法为:首先在钢管本体端部焊接一小段不锈钢管;再将与热熔胶共挤成型的塑料管装入钢管本体内,作为内衬塑料管,在气压作用下,通过加热使塑料管外层热熔胶熔化,将塑料管粘在钢管本体内壁;同时在钢管本体外表面再通过热熔胶共挤覆盖一塑料层,形成对焊式双面衬塑钢管;两根对焊式双面衬塑钢管连接时,先将各自钢管本体端部的内、外层塑料去掉一小段,露出不锈钢管,按不锈钢管焊接工艺进行氩氟焊接。焊接完好后,用热缩套将焊接处外表面包被,从而形成一个整体。
在两根钢管对焊连接过程中,采取减少热传递措施,保证与焊接部位有一定距离的内层塑料不会因过热而被破坏。由于接头处内表面与介质接触部位为不锈钢材质,不需要再做防腐处理。本实用新型结构简单,操作方便,属于复合管材领域。

具体实施方式
如图所示,对焊式双面衬塑钢管,包括钢管本体1,其中,对焊式双面衬塑钢管还设有内衬塑料管3和外衬塑料管2,内衬塑料管3紧贴于钢管本体1内壁,外衬塑料管2包被于钢管本体1外表面,钢管本体1端部焊接有不锈钢管4。当两根管材对接时,先将各自钢管本体端部的内、外层塑料去掉一小段,露出不锈钢管,各自端部的不锈钢管通过氩氟焊接在一起,并在端部不锈钢管的焊接处外表面设有一热缩套5,热缩套5将管材焊接处外表面以及管材外衬塑料管2端部全部包被起来,形成一个整体。

1.对焊式双面衬塑钢管,包括钢管本体(1),其特征在于,所述对焊式双面衬塑钢管还设有内衬管(3)和外衬管(2),内衬管(3)紧贴于钢管本体(1)内壁,外衬管(2)包被于钢管本体(1)外表面,钢管本体(1)端部设有不锈钢管(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对焊式双面衬塑钢管,其特征在于,所述外衬管(2)和内衬管(3)皆为塑料管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的对焊式双面衬塑钢管,其特征在于,所述不锈钢管(4)焊接于钢管本体(1)端部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的对焊式双面衬塑钢管,其特征在于,所述两根对焊式双面衬塑钢管的连接是通过对端部不锈钢管(4)采用氩氟焊接实现。
5.根据权利要求4所述的对焊式双面衬塑钢管,其特征在于,所述两根不锈钢管焊接处外表面设有热缩套(5)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的对焊式双面衬塑钢管,其特征在于,所述对焊式双面衬塑钢管的外表面设有一塑料层。
